Excellent location, different and unique design and use of space that makes this place a one of a kind winery . The way each floor is designed makes this the smart phone of winery design .

This former monastery is on a grand scale set out on the side of a hill. You feel quite removed from the rest of the world (pluses and minuses come with that). There is an extraordinary 50,000 glazed blue tiles throughout the Convento. There is also a very relaxing outdoor pool which is very welcome on the warmer days. Another standout is the food served in the restaurant made only from produce and meat from the hotel's own farm. Guestrooms are the former monk's cells which can be a little unnerving at first but this didn't detract from the overall experience.

Although this pottery museum has no information in English, it is not too difficult to understand what they are displaying. It is a very attractive space and has lots to look at. The bathroom is a great example of pottery actually being used. I personally really liked the miniature scenes like Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf.

If you are interested in prehistoric monuments, you will certainly enjoy this one. Know your directions ahead of time as there was no signage that I remember (march 2018). You can see the dolmen on google maps, satellite view. It is a very short drive off N381, roughly one third of the way travelling from Redondo to Estremoz. I stumbled upon Megalithic Portal website while planning the trip and found it very helpful: you can see descriptions of megalithic monuments and their locations on the map; there are many in the area. This one is very well-preserved.
There was a wire (don't think it was an actual gate; I could be wrong though) on the ground as we drove closer to the dolmen on the dirt road. There was just one car with a couple of tourists and their guide that we met at the dolmen. Before they left, the guide asked us to close the gate on our way out. Just be careful; it is an electric fence for the cows, I'm guessing; don't get shocked.

This castle was part of a walking tour archaeological excavators. It was easy to get to,and free. There were no other people there at sunset, and the view was great.

    Torre de Menagem de Redondo
This touristic Monument is just behind the “Igreja Matriz” or you go into the entrance gate at the right of the church, or you take the street on the left of the church, and you will reach the tower who is also on the “Rua do Castelo” in Redondo. The tower possibly is dating from the 14th century and has a kind of garden in front of him.
