Nice a small town, lovely historic town centre full of nice spots, the castle, colours. Typical , nice and crowded, lovely small shops. It deserves the walk.

I found this beach wonderful, but I think it'd be better with more services, as in Romagna's coasts. Ideal for young people.

This is a nice beach with mix of rocks and sand. There is some seaweed debris in the water which is not dirty but not clean either. In the center you have to pay (a lot) for umbrella and chairs, but to the sides it's free. Parking is 6 euros and the walk from the parking to the beach is short. This is similar to Baia drive Turchi (near Otranto), but slightly less nice.

This beautiful and gracious cathedral is in the heart of Gallipoli. The walls are covered with paintings telling the story of Saint Agatha. Unfortunately, the facade is currently being restored and there is a large tarp over the front of the building. However, the inside is fully accessible and beautifully decorated.

Beautiful Sunset, fine sand, clear water, nice bar, white wine and food! A bit outside Gallipoli, dan't worry if you can't find a parking spot right outside, large parking available around the corner!

Just really nicely done up, great English explanations. Marvellous view on the sea and city. Audio not needed to buy.

Interesting little museum to learn more about the history of olive oil used in oil lamps. Audio in different languages available. Short, cheap and good to learn from the history of Gallipoli

Maybe not the best beach of Gallipoli, but still fascinating. Its location is what make this place standing out from the others. Very quaint is watching the sunset from here. Nice

Beautiful location but very busy in August. Parking available for 5 Euros just 100m from the beach. Would love to return in June or September

We went on a tuesday and bought a family ticket. 36 euro for 2 adults and a 6 year old. Strange tge price is tge same but many things she cannot go on although atother parks she could. Whilst limited food was reasonably priced if you want to snack. 2 or 3 rides were closed and some things closed intermittently during the day particularly around lunch.

The exterior of the church seems rather modest, but when you are in the interior, you are wowed with the dazzlingly sumptuous decorations. Sit and ponder the majesty of the place. The rear wall near the entrance hides a surprise. Under the paintings there are frescoes. Give the sacristan a small tip and he will press a button that will lift the paintings up to reveal the frescoes underneath. It is well worth it. Get your video camera ready because it will astonish people to see paintings beneath paintings.

My wife and I had an excellent lunch. The food is far beyond anything I have had at a beach cafe.
We had the gourmet panino, with octopus, and the prawn crostini with cabbage. The food was excellent and the prawns beautifully presented with a blue cabbage spread.
The service was excellent. The only drawback was that although we had a reservation we had to wait 1/2 hour for our table.

Right down the main street of Gallipoli, this former pharmacy now sports itself as a perfume shop. It sells homemade perfumes at reasonable prices. It's free to walk in a sample a perfume or two. The shop itself is lovely to behold exhibiting much old world charm.

My husband, friend and I were looking for a beach with umbrellas and haven’t had much luck. Luckily, they had availability and I’m so happy they did. It was cheaper and the beach we had gone to the day before. We liked it so much, we came back twice. The beach was also better than the other place we have gone too, less rocks. For 2 umbrellas and 3 chairs it was 40 euros. I’m not sure how it compares, but the other beach was 42 euros and it was not near water. The food we had was good and the mojitos were tasty.

The best part, Marco, his mom, and the staff are very welcoming and the hospitality was awesome. They treat you like they’ve known you forever. I would definitely go back when we visit again. I recommend Crystal Beach to everyone. The beach is very nice and the hospitality is great.
