The website is incredible, the person who does the scheduling is very on top of things, and every employee I met was amazing. I appreciated that they don't do more than 6 people per dive trip, which was huge for beginners like me. Also having their own boats was a great bonus. Will be coming back again, I can't thank everyone enough!

We toured the island with Robert and his wife and that was definitely the highlight of our week. There were 8 of us ranging from 11 - 72. We simply told them what scenic areas we wanted to see and then they could figure out where to go from there. They made sure we saw what we wanted and let us know if something wasn't as great as we thought it might be. Robert made sure that we never spent more time than he had allowed so that we could stay on track. He took us to the best little stop for lunch which was wonderful. We definitely made the most memories on that day and the best part was that we didn't have to do any planning at all. It was such a relaxing day and the best part was he even provided snacks and drinks and took so many pictures for us. We were so lucky to find Robert and his beautiful wife and will definitely tour with them again whenever we go back for another visit. - Mike M1 contribution6 dives with them this week, and all were excellent! Instructors Scott and Nick are top notch dive leaders, and Yoshi is an excellent, customer oriented captain. Kudos to all of them. Captain Steve(?). Needs a little CS refresher. A little snippy when I asked him to verify the radio channel, and not too interested in answering other questions.
A little frustrated at the multiple trips in one day reservation process, as well as Nitrox reservations. After 5 phone calls we sorted out back-to-back reservations so I could do 4 dives same day/all Nitrox. Best for customers and the shop if they can simplify this process. She was very accommodating with our needs and timetable. She took lots of pictures of us with the scenery in the background. This made the trip for us since they were the only pictures of us on the whole trip! We felt very fortunate to have had Tata as our guide. This was our first time to Hawaii and we felt we got a good view of the island with her narrations. Normally I dread tours especially ones that are that long, but Jeremy not only taught us some really cool facts about the island and it’s plants, but was hilarious and kept us very entertained the whole time. Also as someone who notoriously gets motion sickness, Takashi (our driver) did a fantastic job - didn’t get sick once! I’d for sure book their other tour if I was in town for longer. He showed us all the great spots and made the bus ride entertaining. She coordinated a surf lesson for our 11 scouts which they will remember forever. Her communication and execution was professional and her personality is lovely. Clearly the folks at Swim Lessons Hawaii have a passion and calling for what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to book an experience with their team.
