    A day on Oahu
    Raymond and Gi were excellent drivers and very prompt for our multi trip day. The limos were very clean and nice. I would highly recommend this company.

    A great experience!
    The booking process was very easy and detailed. We needed airport transfer and transportation to Pearl Harbor. Olivia was very easy to communicate with via email and by phone. My emails were replied to promptly and phone calls were answered right away.

    When we landed, Phil called to see where we were at. The shuttle pick up area was very easy to find. When we got there, Phil answered my call and said he was just minutes away. The shuttle was clean and Phil, a quiet man, answered all of our questions. We got to our hotel safely and quickly.

    Pearl Harbor was a couple of days later. I called to confirm a few days before. Rodney was our driver. It was like we had our own personal tour guide. He told jokes, shared historical information, and pointed out interesting sites. He was the best driver by far. My mother-in-law is disabled and struggled getting in the shuttle. Rodney was patient and encouraging. There's even a little stool available to help with the steps. Upon our return, Rodney arrived in a minivan so that my mother-in-law wouldn't struggle with boarding again. Upon our departure, I called to confirm. Bryan texted to confirm and verify our pick up location. He was early, but so were we. He was a quiet young man who did a good job getting us to the airport. It was a relief to have transportation prearranged.

    Hawaii23 ground transfer good choice!
    Used this company to transport us from airport to Waikiki hotel, and from hotel back to airport when we left. They were prompt, communicated with us, safe ride, friendly drivers. Definitely recommend!

    We would totally use them again
    Booked a flat rate fare to the airport. Considerably less expensive than a meter and the driver was early. Cab was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

    Excellent Choice!
    Punctual, courteous and friendly. Got us to the airport quickly in a nice clean Yukon. Way better than the over priced dump taxi we took to the hotel. Just give Johnny a bit of advance notice and you’ll be golden.

    Professional,Courteous, Informed
    A great experience for getting from the airport to your property. Very professional. Yes, a bit more expensive than most transit from the airport. But after the long flight, nothing better than some “me time” to Waikiki!!

    Reliable and Worry Free
    I used Direct Shuttle Hawaii in Jan 2020 for roundtrip transportation from the HNL airport to Ko Olina area and was not disappointed. They were early for both legs of my transport, had a clean van, courteous driver and reasonable prices for a non-shared trip. When I needed to contact them, email or phone calls were answered promptly and I had no worries with that part of my trip. Definitely will use this company again

    Great shuttle service
    We used CLIK Shuttle to and from the airport. They are friendly and fast! My husband even surprised me with a lei when we landed. Both drivers were friendly and gave suggestions about places to go. Definitely will use CLIK again when we come back!! Mahalo!

    Best Limo service in Waikiki
    My wife and I have used Jay's Limo Service since 2015. We use Jay's for airport pick up, return and once in awhile to golf courses. Jay has very competitive pricing. Lee is the best driver ever!

    Nate reliable and safe transportation
    Nate was wonderful, he found us at the airport and shared his knowledge of Honolulu with us. We loved him so much we scheduled him to take us from our hotel the next day to our cruise departure sight. He is trustworthy and prompt and pleasant to be around. Have already given his number out to friends who are going to Hawaii.

    Fantastic island tour!
    We had a beautiful introduction to Oahu with Shane as our guide on this tour. From the moment of pick up Shane was full of energy and information about the history and locations on the island. We went snorkeling, hiking and took in the beauty of the island and even stopped at a few unscheduled sites. His passion and kindness made this tour even more memorable. I highly recommend!

    On time, and pleasant.
    We were greeted and helped in such a friendly manner. After a flight it is always good to have someone waiting for you. The lady who greeted us, also asked and pointed out restrooms, smoking areas, where our baggage would be and had a trolley already.
