What travelers are saying
- Susan SFirestone, CO88 contributionsThis was a good place to get some local food. There is hot food, iced fish and lots of vegetables and fruit. The bread is really yummy too. We parked in the parking garage and walked up and down the street. It’s not the cleanest of places and sometimes the smells can be quite disgusting. But it was definitely worth a visit just to see what it’s all about. I even picked up a souvenir to take back home. It definitely quotes down after noon, so if you go then visit early.Written May 12, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - fiamma11Tysons Corner, VA5,775 contributionsDowntown Honolulu is not your ordinary city's downtown; even it is beautiful. It is very people friendly with lots of restaurants and shops and tropical foliage.Written November 19, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ITRTVirginia44,656 contributionsIf you are looking for something different to do between Honolulu and Waikiki, I would suggest a visit to the Kaka’ako neighborhood of Honolulu. Once littered with industrial warehouses, it is now an up-and-coming community. This neighborhood murals cover the walls of old and new buildings. The main road is Cooke Street. Other streets include Pohukaina, Ahuahi, Koula and Queen streets. You will enjoy the vivid colors and the artistic talents on display.Written April 7, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Glenda MMobile, AL14 contributionsGood hike...and the waterfall was the best part...worth checking out! Going down to get to the waterfall was a challenge but we'll worth it. Expect to get dirty and bring waterWritten August 21, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
