- WaterloonieSanta Barbara, CA1,690 contributionsThe exquisite seaside former home of Doris Dike is the home of her spectacular collection of Islamic art from around the world.
So beautiful and historic, the collection is both educational and breathtaking.

Easy to walk to and the entrance is on the side behind the ABC Store and the Oahu Mexican Grill. Masses have a Hawaiian slant which is nice. We attended a Sunday 8:00 am Mass and the pews were probably at 85-90 % filled to capacity. One hour after Mass, the church closes their doors.Written February 2, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Old art deco building which you can definitely go in and check out Monday thru Friday, has a historic wing too (on left side), but not open, guard told me closed "indefinitely", still building is nice to explore and it's marble staircases.Written April 22, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. If you are interested in architecture, history and have done many of the popular attractions on the island, we recommend taking a tour here. Even the ride to this place kept changing!
Many of features that are in this 1950 house took along time to make into the traditional twenty century house!Written February 12, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There was a table at the entrance about tours but there was no one there. Worth a few minutes stop.Written July 18, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
