A huge shopping centre but you need to know what you are after if you want a bargain - lots of high end shopping - plenty of food outlets and lots of under cover and air conditioning making shopping easier - can walk from resort hotels but much easier to catch a taxi and not overly expensive - another option is bus which only costs $3.

This was a fun shopping area to explore. There are some chain stores, but also many local stores. We found lots of gems in this shopping center that we had been looking for.

It is a supermarket, pharmacy, and department store all in one. I was told it was the "Japanese Walmart", but it is not. The layout is average, yet it had a very good produce department. Hawaiian souvenirs are relatively cheap here, and this is a great store to visit if you forgot something for your stay on the island. What ever item that you will need, "Donki" will have it. We noticed many toys for children, but were surprised that there were not more products from Japan. Prices are decent to low for items here, and are considered a bargain for Honolulu. Parking is very limited.

Convenient mall with some expensive and renowned brand boutiques, a decent selection of restaurants and coffee shops, and also a food court. It is mostly an outdoor mall, conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki so it is hard to miss. There is a very nice Japanese market on the premises which sells food to go, which can be useful as an alternative to the usually pricey restaurants in the area.

A little night market pops up on the ground floor occasionally. Albeit small, it reminds me a bit of an Asian night market, though focused for the most part on Hawaiian food and souvenirs.

We came here to go to the cinema and popped into the pub for lunch before we went in to the movie. Nice enough place with a lot of shops.

Describing this as a shopping centre is a little bit of marketing spin. It's actually five separate buildings of somewhat disparate quality in the same area. The Nordstrom Rack and TJ Maxx in one building are both great and there's an excellent Whole Foods Market a hundred yards or so up the road, but the other shopping precincts were either rather run down or of minimal interest given how much shopping there is to be done in Honolulu. One plus was that there is lots of parking.

One of the best exchanges in the system. This exchange has two floors of great merchandise including a huge selection of local merchandise. If you have exchange privileges you won’t want to shop anywhere else. There is a large food court and many kiosks outside the exchange that feature local merchandise.

Only went there to look at TJMaxx which was slightly disappointing after a long walk in the hot sun, but as always there is something for everybody. There are also a few more shops worth taking a look at with locally made fashion.

Foods good, service friendly and efficient
Only issue is sometimes the steak can be a bit too fatty for us.

This is a nice little shopping center far from the city. Koko Marina is located in Hawaii-Kai and has an old feel to it. While it used to be more fun with some key closures, it's still a great place to stop by with some gems. They have all the key places you'd need: a Walgreens, Petco, gas station, movie theatre, and casual restaurants galore.

Our favorite reason to come here is Kona Brewing Co., still one of the best restaurants around for locally sourced food and cold beer; even through the entrance looks like it's in a parking lot, the main restaurant overlooks the lake and mountains.

The shopping center has plenty of free parking all around. Some areas are reserved for specific businesses, so make sure if you're staying a while. After you park it's easy to walk around to other places. At the time of this writing a number of places are still closed due to COVID19 concerns, but I'm sure it'll become a one-stop location for fun and entertainment again.

Making our way to the Al Moana Centre and looking for a good coffee en route, we came across the cute South Shore Market - and good coffee at The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Some cute items and clothes at Eden in Love. It was lovely to experience this cute place before we went to the busier Al Moana Market!!
