There is a huge variety of Christmas items, and even some for Halloween. It has a great atmosphere and I wish stores like it existed in the UK! - Wes M2 contributionsWas very surprised and delighted to find Alpenglow Images & Accents. Absolutely loved the variety of pictures and décor items this store has. Shop owner was very pleasant and helpful on everything in the store. She was not trying to push anything, but knew when my wife and I were interested in an item and would give us some background information it. We ended up buying a beautiful 3ft x 4ft Aspen Tree picture from her. We will absolutely return for some of the stained glass items too! Thanks for a very pleasant experience! :-)

I think they can be cheap because they don't put "brand" on it. I especially loved some of the beadwork - brilliantly executed. Also a wonderful selection of lively, graceful fetishes and other objects (including absolutely fantastic tiny pots) by Native American artists. Nothing in here was bought in bulk from a wholesale catalog. It's all original. Other shops may have massive displays of bulky turquoise/silver jewelry and big shelves full of pots made who-knows-where, but what is offered here is thoughtfully selected for style and simplicity - no heavy, clunky stuff. At the west end of a busy street this felt a bit tucked away and not as crowded as many other shops I stopped in. I asked if they had a topper with an apple design. The lady at the counter immediately accommodated me and found exactly what I was looking for. She ordered it for me and I got it delivered to my home within a week. Great customer service! - Douglas B36 contributionsVery, very disappointed in this tourist store that my family used to really like. It still has some of the highest quality merchandise in Estes Park. But do you really want your young kids to be walking through the store with you when several items prominently displayed now have the word “FU**” clearly visible on them? Perhaps the owners don’t mind selling items with such very crude (at best) language if they can earn a few more bucks. But many families still believe offering such items in stores visited by a lot of families is completely inappropriate. And apparently not wanting to be outdone in showing how “woke” it is, the store added a label stating “MAY CONTAIN CULTURALLY INSENSITIVE MATERIAL” to the front of a book of letters written in 1873 by a woman traveling across the western U. S. The staff is always friendly and I look forward to coming a few times a year to get something delicious to fuel my stash at home.
