- Summer6 contributionsI am from Colorado. This tour was the highlight of my visit to Atlanta, and comes in second (maybe) to the Civil Rights Tour they offer. Nature is my happy place and combine that with the historical information shared, this tour filled my bucket. We started at the golf course and then did a short hike. From there we drove to Stone Mountain. Jeff encouraged us to hike Stone Mountain, and I am excited I listened to him and hiked it. Speaking of Jeff, he is patient, he is kind, he is motivational. So if you’re thinking about walking up definitely go for it. I went on a hike with two different women today. Yes, someone actually hiked up Stone Mountain with me. I’m grateful for that adventurous soul as I had definitely considered navigating it independently. This is the third tour I have done with them. If you love nature, love trees, love history, THIS RIGHT HERE IS THE TOUR!!! My only recommendation would be a protein based snack, such as jerky, for those who choose to make the Stone Mountain trek. I absolutely cannot say enough about this tour, so what are you waiting for? The van was comfortable and roomy and from it we saw neighborhoods and districts old, new and growing. Kells in the office was friendly and informative. - Deb BMillstone, NJ12 contributionsWe visited 4 out of the 5 options and really enjoyed all of them. The aquarium is a must do and was the best one we have been to ever. Incredible experience. We also did the Coke museum, where the highlight was sampling 150 sodas from around the world. We also did the college football hall of fame and everyone loved kicking field goals and completing passes and catches. Was super cool. Also did the zoo which was great. I learned a lot about different Atlanta neighborhoods and about the city's history. More than making it fun and inviting, he taught us how to properly taste wine. Me and my friends have been on wine tours before where we just drank wine and had a good time. But, we never properly tasted the wine like we did in this tour. - Jack I1 contributionMy wife and I are absolute beginners at this and an older couple (but not old!). Dan and Howie helped us to have a great time. It's one of the most fun things we have done together in a long time. We felt safe and were not pressured at all. We recommend it as a really good dating activity.
