What travelers are saying
- Michael WRedding, CT947 contributionsWe loved this quaint little art shop which is staffed by the artists whose work is on display on a rotation basis. We could have bought more had we not been short of room for the flight home but we thought the prices were very reasonable.Written September 21, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Heba B30 contributionsWe stopped in and walked around to find some local gifts for family back home. We found some unique items you can't find at gift shops. There weren't many stands, it took us about an hour to see everything twice, but I was told it was because many of the vendors were at the fair.Written October 7, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- TheHoovers205 contributionsMuch better experience at this mall than the one downtown. Busier and seemed like people actually go to this mall. Many more stores hereWritten September 1, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Mel_0316Ottawa, Canada75 contributionsWe came across this local gallery while shopping downtown on our recent stay. They had some beautiful prints and photos! We bought a pretty Northern Lights photo to bring home as a souvenir of our travels here. Thank you!Written August 31, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- GrowingO S1 contributionThese people suck. bought and paid for an aurora light art print. more than $1,000. Told us we would receive one from the artist. They refused to ship the one from the wall. Well, that was in July. It is September and we have not received our art. I would not recommend buying from these people. they suck!!,Written September 12, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- JaegerakAnchorage, AK284 contributionsI don't think they really want to sell most of the items they have. It looks like they search Ebay or some other sites and that is how they measure what to price their items. I hate to tell them that this is not Ebay and if you want to keep everything you have accumulated then keep using that as the pricing model.Written May 16, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Ann BKenosha, WI50 contributionsMy husband and I were in search of a local photographer to bring back work. We found this place and last minute Carl was able to fit us in before we had to catch a flight. It amazed my husband all the knowledge he had of each place he had photographed. He even shared some tips for how to photograph waterfalls when we go to Iceland. I highly recommend making this a stop if you love original work and want something different than all the same stuff in all the downtown shops.Written June 27, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Thomas JInwood, WV227 contributionsThey were very nice, even though it was early (5:00 AM). They had what we were looking for and the price was OK (remember this is at the airport).Written October 1, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- gatravelorgeorgia57 contributionsThere are more open stores than closed stores. Not much going on. There is a Burlington store which is the biggest and a planet fitness. The other stores are small and do not carry much. There is a hair salon and a nail salon. Also a wood store that has unusual items. Would not go a second timeWritten April 7, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- gwylliamSeattle, WA95 contributionsSkip the cheap souvenirs pay a little bit more and take something original home from here. I dropped a $150 with ease on some beautiful ear rings my twins can give mom for Mother’s Day. They had lots of glass art, painted media, clothing, jewelry and much more.
Go there. - 101NDTraveler2013Anchorage, AK167 contributionsI went expecting the usual crowded dusty antique store. BUT this store is well organized with many true Alaskan item from ivory carvings and jewelry to art work to dolls and toys to typical lower 48 Antiques. The prices are very good and if you love Alaska and Antiques this is the place to visit.Written November 11, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- MarciaAKAnchorage, AK120 contributionsI appreciate the out of the ordinary theater that shows up at Out North. Go for a first friday art opening, or the best of the Brits.Written August 22, 2012This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Tammy ULos Angeles, CA90 contributionsThis place is over priced, they have a few interesting objects but the prices are way to high. To look inside for fun is OK, but not to buy anything unless you are rich.Written October 27, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
