We found this on trip advisor, went there for lunch. Great atmosphere, food was all really good. The pink door has no sign and the door is more a beige than pink.

Kerns Music Shop (21+) Very limited menu. Adjacent to the venue. Opens 2 hours before doors. Get there early. We didn't get her name but the bartender was awesome. You get an assigned number when you buy food and drinks. This will be the order you get called into the venue before general admission. If you want the seating area, once you're called into the venue stay along the right wall and up the ramp right into the bar. There are about 15 chairs along a bar that face the stage. These go quick. Great view only about 30 feet from the stage. You can also get to the front rail very quickly from the bar area.
Staff was great. Gets really hot in the venue. They are on top of medical emergencies immediately too.
Good sound. Very intimate setting. One of the best in Seattle for small venues.

Tractor has quickly become one of my favorite Venues in Seattle, and for good reason. While it hosts a lot of Country, Americana, and Folk shows, overall the Tractor brings an eclectic mix of all types of Music. They attract Bands with large pulls, so shows often sellout, get your tickets early! The size of the Venue is perfect, intimate, but still roomy enough where you are not packed, really not a bad place to be in the Venue, often times you can find yourself right on the stage. There is some bench style seating against the wall, for less crowded shows they will generally bring in a few tables for those sitting on the benches. Recently renovated to add a new bar out front, it can be a way to purchase drinks if there is a long bar line, as well as the addition of an additional bathroom. Tickets for shows are generally will call, and will always be 21+. Plenty of good food/drinks nearby for some prefunking or if you are looking for something to do after. If you like live music you will not be disappointed with the Tractor.

Impossible to buy tickets on-line from Europe. Manage to reserve some by e-mail, but unable to track them down. Luckily plenty left on sale at the bar next door. No-one told us about ID policy (you need government issued ID eg passport) We arrived in good time, but then missed part of the show, by having to go back to the hotel for our passports. Not a great area.

Met up with some friends here before the Rolling Stones at nearby Lumen Field. Good place for drinks and people watching and was amazed to learn about its history as the birthplace of grunge. All the pictures and show posters were such a nice touch. Only downside was the lack of vegan food (hence only four stars). But if you are looking for a place to pre-game before shows or sporting events at the nearby stadium (or just a rock fan), this is it.

Have been here probably 20 times over the past 3 years. Whether as a date night, with friends, or with family it has always been fantastically funny.

No canned jokes, racism, crude humor, or swearing that ruin

Irreverent Drag and Cabaret with a new theme every month. Tastelessly Fantastic! The bar serves cheap stiff drinks so consider the Light Rail 3 blocks away.

I had a great experience at Hugo House with one of their workshop offerings. Great class, and I really enjoyed meeting more fellow writers.

This is a wonderful small puppet theater and museum located in a renovated church in the Lake City area of Seattle. While the family puts on shows of their own, they usually feature traveling shows with local or foreign performers. Shows are less than an hour, usually weekend afternoons. Quality of the shows can sometimes be a little uneven, but the venue (which has its own playground!) makes up for that. Very much recommended for anyone with children under the age of 10!
