This was the awful. A waste of $855 dollars for the day. I could have rented a tahoe and drove myself up there for this (hike more, had a smoother drive, packed a lunch, etc.). No communication with guide at all. He was so unfriendly. During the 1.5 drive there, 2.45 on the way home, or even inside the park, like so unfriendly and uninformative. No time to hike at all on this "tour." Our trip was cut short be the other person in our group decided to go off on a hike by himself for an extra 2 hours that we just had to wait in the parking lot fo him? Guide had to talk to his manager on what to do? Ummm alert the ranger? We did all this. We alerted them after the guy was missing for 1.5 hours. A volunteer on the trail found him thank goodness however it was still an hour out from the car at that point We lost half a day of hiking due to this company. And the company didnt even care. They wanted to wait extra hours for him show up at our expense. Out of the whole day we went on a 1/2 of hike. 2 hours total- thats it. It was awful. Guide didnt talk at all. The company doesn't give you the make, model, or lisc. plate number for the car picking you up. The guides driving was awful, unprofessional, and extremely dangerous. At one point on the mountain he turning around on a one way (blind point on cliffs) and proceeded to drive on it to get back to the main road (the one way was a cutoff). Umm WTF? I would not recommend this company. It falsely advertised on what they offer. If i could refute the charge on my CC and give them zero stars i would. Trip advisor should ban them from posting trips.

Never offered any "bottle water" which was the ONLY thing advertised as included. This extremely over-priced excursion should be banned by any licensing association or BBB in Seattle. We were never even taken to the midway stop at the popular MaryMoor park.. didn't even see it. When I asked about needing reservations to partake in the tastings at the chateau St. Michelle winery, we were told not to worry about it and that we'd be fine -we weren't. We got to the winery after a circuitous route through some Microsoft "industrial business parks," and were treated like ex-wives at a family reunion... We couldn't even get anyone to sell us a $14 glass of wine...we left after 10 minutes. The "guide" knew little about the area or it's history and spoke mostly about his personal life and health and economic challenges. I asked about a second "Twin waterfall" area near the Snoqualmie falls and was dismissively addressed by being told that it was in Idaho somewhere. I later looked it up on Google maps and showed the driver that it was about 15 minutes from our 1st stop and he seemed completely surprised.
A total BUST of a tour and one BEST FORGOTTEN.
Save yourself over $500 plus tip (I'm not cruel) and book with a more professional company with well trained guides.

Just what we wanted! The Troll under the bridge was amazing! The Space Needle was breathtaking to step on the glass and look down 600 ft!!!

The tour guide was awesome and I’d give him 5 stars. Super guy and very friendly to my wife and I during the trip. He was also very knowledgeable about the mountain.

The description of this tour made it seem that we’d be going hiking and would need a guide to navigate the trails. I signed up for a guide and paid the $700 fee thinking it would ensure my wife’s and my safety navigating trails we weren’t familiar with. Not the case. There was no hiking. We literally just drove to the top of the mountain, walked around in the snow a little (not far without snow shoes btw), took some pictures and drove back to Seattle. It was a gorgeous view and again, the tour guide was super friendly. However, the fee of this trip should be adjusted for the experience. You can’t charge people $700 ($350 per person) just to drive them to the top of a mountain and back. Also, apparently you could rent snow shoes at the inn at the base of the mountain. This “tour” company could have at least provided that for us so we could walk around some in the snow. We just got put at the top of the mountain and were off on our way. The company could have informed us of the fact that there would be no hiking and adjust the price appropriately. I had a rental car for this trip and if I’d known better, I would have just driven myself. If you’re planning on using this or another company, figure out exactly what you’ll be doing that day and see if you can negotiate the fee down if it’s just them driving you up the mountain.

The four of us came off a cruise and had the entire day in Seattle, so as first time visitors and wine enthusiasts, we were very happy to have Bon Vivant Wine tours pick us up near the Pier. Kerry was a fantastic guide; personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the Woodenville wine area and the Many options we had.
After booking the date, we were contacted by the office as they want to know our wine preferences to plan the day, and I thought that was great.
Our first stop was Ch St Michelle ( which we had requested) , their beautiful grounds and wine choices blew us away. Then on to pizza, and 3 more wineries, the staff there; all wonderful. Water was provided at all stops. We learned a lot about the growing regions and best varietals for the area.

We had a great group on our July 2021 trip. Guides were great. Knowledgeable, accommodating, and fun. Learned a lot and successfully summited which were my two goals.
