Just finished the Hacker Virtual Escape game, extremely fun and engaging. Not scary at all, perfect for a team building exercise.

Five stars for Hourglass Escapes! We had a blast trying to solve the Mad Pharoh Escape room with a group of pretty hyped teens. The staff was friendly, patient and helpful during our entire experience. Our group was a bit disorganized and a bunch of new players...and somehow it all came together. Thank You Hourglass team!

We were a smaller 3-member team, but we all had a chance to contribute to solving the very well-designed Atlantis adventure. Tip for future players: always include a super-smart team member if you're aiming to complete puzzles with minimal hints, haha!

Been too many escape rooms in WA and for sure this one must be on the top 3 of all WA, they put so much effort in the decorations and create so many intresting puzzles other than just putting a cokbination lock and call it a day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You won't regret coming to this escape room.

Matheus was a fantastic host for our The Castle game this evening. The room was very immersive, puzzles were well thought out and items were in good repair. I loved the fact we were not truly locked into the game. It is very good that owners care about our safety enough to ensure we could leave if an emergency arose and thus we were not in danger.

If you’ve never played an escape game before, I would strongly suggest you make Quest Factor the first. You’ll have a great experience and want to do more. Seattle has a large number of games to try.

We were in town for a conference and wanted to play a game. We were having difficulty finding an ER company that was open on Monday. Quest Factor filled the need and showed they cared about customers enough to be open when customers wanted to play.

The fact that this game was private and not public without a higher fee was really awesome. We had a newbie that we were introducing to the world of Escape Rooms and we know she would not have had as good of an experience if we were forced into a public game experience. This would have meant we were playing with people we didn't know. We loved the private experience so that we could play just with our group!

    Well done Quest Factor!

We did the bank vault as an adult family of 5. We had a great time. Lots of tools and clues to figure out. We ran out of time but we were close. You can even get helps which are nice when you are stumped. You will need to go thru half doors. Fun to do as a family. I would recommend no more than 5.

What a great adventure with the teenagers! You definitely have to think, took 4 of us working together to "almost" finish the puzzle! We will definitely go back again to try another puzzle. Staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful!!

Ben and Darius did an incredible job! I cannot imagine how much work it takes to be a zombie for a whole hour, or take such detailed observations on our group dynamics. We're still talking about our escape many days later!

We had so much fun at 5280! We did the Heist and it was awesome. This is probably our 15th escape game, so we have a good amount of experience, and the puzzles were challenging and well done. Our host was great and super helpful. Highly recommend this place!

My husband and our friends celebrated my birthday by attempting to escape the Bourne room at Flee Escape Game. And even though we didn’t escape, we had a blast! I think we needed a few more players to escape (there were 4 off us), but we did okay, despite a few hiccups. The puzzles were difficult but not impossible. However the best thing about this Escape Room, is that it made sense and everything we needed to solve the puzzles was related to the room! I liked that this was a private escape room, with only our party. And I really appreciated the fact that the “guide” wasn’t in the room with us. If we needed help or a hint, we could reach her via radio. My husband and I have gone to several escape rooms in various cities, and Flee Escape Game in Seattle has been my favorite by far! We plan on going again to try out the other themes. If you enjoy escape rooms, I highly recommend this one 👍🏼👍🏼

Great escape room experience. We have done several escape rooms around the country (including others in Seattle) and this room would rate in my top 3. We did Game of Kings and the puzzles were very challenging, but not crazy difficult. There were only 2 of us in the room but we still finished. It probably would have been perfect with 3-4 players. Friendly staff.
