It started out wonderful!
The bartenders were efficient and the drinks tasty. There was plenty of seating on the deck. The music and history were relaxing and we learned some new things. The calliope at the dock was entertaining and gave a sense of nostalgia.
It began to break down when we went downstairs for the second seating, when they tried to seat us next to the men's room, with no clearance. That is just plain nasty to expect someone to be eating next to a place that is constantly being opened and closed and smells. The manager did eventually move us, after explaining that the health department approves the table being there?!? Ok fine.
The next hiccup happened when we tried to access our photos. The digital site they send you to is one where you can sell your own photos, not someplace to access them.
Numerous phone calls and emails to various departments have gone unanswered for weeks.
What started out as a great time has left a bad taste in our mouths, if money matters to you, I would not book here, the value for money is not there.
