Fun tour about ghosts, true crime, vampires & history of NO. Jody was our guide & she is knowledgeable, reverent & fun! My husband & I enjoyed the tour very much! She sparked my curiosity to learn more about NO. Thank you, Jody.

Doug Presley was our tour guide and he was incredible! This tour had everything we were interested in from visiting specific haunted locations and hearing their stories to learning about how many of these stories were reported on in the press. We would definitely do this again-- thanks Doug!

    It started out wonderful!
The bartenders were efficient and the drinks tasty. There was plenty of seating on the deck. The music and history were relaxing and we learned some new things. The calliope at the dock was entertaining and gave a sense of nostalgia.
It began to break down when we went downstairs for the second seating, when they tried to seat us next to the men's room, with no clearance. That is just plain nasty to expect someone to be eating next to a place that is constantly being opened and closed and smells. The manager did eventually move us, after explaining that the health department approves the table being there?!? Ok fine.
The next hiccup happened when we tried to access our photos. The digital site they send you to is one where you can sell your own photos, not someplace to access them.
Numerous phone calls and emails to various departments have gone unanswered for weeks.
What started out as a great time has left a bad taste in our mouths, if money matters to you, I would not book here, the value for money is not there.

This was our second time on this cruise, this time was with teenagers. The adults enjoyed the passing scenery, the jazz, and the overall ambiance; the teenagers were not quite as engaged, so that might be something to keep in mind. On the other hand, you won't want to leave them alone on Bourbon Street for a couple of hours while the adults enjoy the cruise! The lunch was well prepared and served. And do not miss going to the engine room to see how the paddle wheel operates.

We enjoyed the tour very much. Our guided was very friendly, interesting and knowledgeable. The food stops were great. I wish we had more time to visit them individually, but our time in New Orleans was limited.

The tour and tour leader Kate and bus driver Lillian was great. I loved the plantation and picturesque views of oak alley.

Zander was awesome! We went for a bachelorette trip and it was all of the girls highlight. We enjoyed seeing the raccoons, alligators and birds. He talked to us about the houses too. So fun!

Fantastic two hour tour covering culture and history highlights for New Orleans. Guide shared tremendous amount of history in an engaging way as we walked the streets of the French Quarter.

Geoff was a fantastic guide. He shut down the drunken hecklers cleverly but without being rude. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and perfectly unapologetic. Definitely asking for him again the next time I take this tour!

Went on the haunted carriage tour with my dad and sister. Our tour guide was hilarious and told great stories as we rode around the French Quarter. We had a great time, and after the tour we got to pet the mule, who was named Camilia and was a total sweetheart!
