    This was excellent!
    We had the best time and the food and drinks were fantastic!!
    The chef was great and so was her bartender/helper chef!

    Deliciously fun cajun experience!
    My husband and I had a fabulous time learning to cook Cajun with Chef David. We were really engaged listening to his historical knowledge of New Orleans and Louisiana food and culture. The shrimp etouffee was a stand-out dish, the hands-on instructions on how to make the dish were easy to follow and absolutely delicious to eat - I can't wait to replicate it at home! This is a great way to understand cuisine in New Orleans before you hit the restaurants.

    Lynn was entertaining and educating
    A fun way to spend an afternoon, learn a few things, get a good meal and escape the afternoon heat for a bit. Really recommend it for any food enthusiast

    Great Time!
    Awesome experience!! David was exceptional and made this a truly fun and entertaining experience. He took what could have been a dry lecture and turned it into an event that we will not forget. And yes, we learned to make Barbecue Shrimp, Jambalaya, and Chocolate Bread Pudding. The food was fantastic!

    Cook but don't do the walking cocktail tour
    The cooking class was great, but the walking tour was a little less than enjoyable. We spent the first half hour standing in the heat, listening to the guide repeat much of the history we had heard on a previous tour. I finally had to interrupt and confirm the first stopping place. I became so sick standing in the heat and needed to sit down! People began dropping out and ended with 8 people out of 12. Also, we were supposed to get 3 free drinks but only got 2. It's really not worth the effort, time, or expense. Just do the cooking class and find drinks on your own.

    A little smaller, less exciting for a Hard Rock
    I've been to several Hard Rock Cafes. Picked this one just for fun and we knew the menu would have basic stuff we could eat. Made reservations online but when we got there, there was not a wait anyway. It seemed to be a smaller Hard Rock compared to others I've visited and is right in the heart of the French Quarter. Had a bbq bacon burger... it was fine - nothing special. Waitress was fine, food came out very quick. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again but for what we were looking for it was fine.
