The trail goes east along the river through some pretty parks with pretty benches, through lots of beautiful shading trees, in front of lots of condos with pretty Gardens and great views of the river and the boats...
It's also possible to easily get to the veterans memorial (murals on a wall to all wars) and Esther Short Park (location of weekend farmer's market).

We had an incredible private tour of Willamette Valley wine country thanks to Dan and his impeccable service, knowledge of wine and the region, and his amazing choices in wineries we visited!
We were picked up at our hotel in downtown Portland and picked up another couple on our way to WV. Emily picked three great wineries and it was terrific even though it rained most of the day.

We (family from Holland), just completed the downtown bike tour with Kieran and Justin and they were awesome tour guides who also shared their knowledge about the history of Portland and Oregon.
This was a great tour and was insightful about the aspects of the area as the tour guide was quite knowledgeable of the areas attractions but was able to point out other areas of interest during our stay.

We took a great bike ride through the Pearl District, historic Old Town, and the waterfront esplanade in Portland with our guide, Alec, who was a native Portlandian and an avid cyclist.
Our tour guide, Adam was very knowledgeable about Portland and even had a pretty good sense of your humor to make the tour entertaining.

The guide was personable and knowledgeable about local history around that portion of the Willamette River in Portland and he made the BEST bad jokes!
Lots of fun facts about Portland, saw some wildlife and got a spectacular view of Willamette Falls that you can only get from a boat, plus corny humor was added in.

... of us were coming at this from very similar positions, but the level of overview seemed to be well received, and the exercises gave a gentle nudge but allowed for plenty of exploration of the techniques reviewed.
what I really love about the tours is that your just dont have someone telling you your camera settings but explaining why they are set there , so you can go off on your own and reproduce the magic.

Even with all the people attending (20K+) we easily found parking at a local Catholic Church a couple of blocks from the stadium and then just followed the flock of people to the stadium.
The stadium itself it's large but very easy to navigate around and there is a huge selection of food and drink as well as the usual hotdogs being offered at your seat.
