He also helped to load and unload our luggage. I appreciated him asking to make sure we were comfortable with the interior temp of the van. After not loving our Uber ride from the airport to our hotel and worried about the reliability of an Uber to pick us up for a really early Sunday am flight, I looked at reviews and decided to schedule Chatham cab to pick us up at 5:45 am on Sunday morning. Melanie was absolutely great! She was super responsive and put my mind at ease when she texted me the night before to confirm. She also texted me that morning to let me know she was on the way and was even 5 minutes early! Ride was in a small shuttle bus. Service was safe, efficient and timely. - donjuan0517Lutcher, LA4 contributionsWe called the day before and scheduled an XL vehicle for a 4:30am pickup at our Airbnb to get to the Savannah airport. I spoke with Rob. Told him we will pay cash. He said okay, see you in the morning. We were waiting outside at 4:15am. I tried calling at 4:20am and then again, a few minutes later. In the meantime, my fellow traveler was able to get and Uber driver for the 5 of us traveling. At 4:35 am, I received a call from WAB and said he was running a little late (18 minutes). Needless to say, I said "no thanks" to the WAB guy. Thankfully our UBER driver Kevin arrived at 4:50. We were at the airport 20 minutes later. Kevin was very nice. I highly recommend UBER Kevin for an xl vehicle. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT recommend this transportation service. Many know how we can get behind on time during this type events. The driver was on time, reminded us that it will be time to leave in 30 mins and was flexible as he allowed us more time. - Michael W12 contributionsTraveled a mile on foot to reach the station where there were three functional bikes. My wife rented one and when I tried to rent another, the kiosk said no bikes available. Called customer service and asked to have our money refunded since one bike for two people was useless, and no explanation as to why the kiosk would not release either of the other two functional bikes. I was supposed to receive a call back from management the next day for my refund- they never called. He provided water on a hot day and was very friendly and great to talk with. His van was nice and clean. He was prompt and provided updates on when he would arrive after dropping off another customer before us. Could not figure out what to do with our luggage for our last day (we were at an AirBNB and could not leave the luggage there). What to do with the luggage between check out and airport arrival? A google search turned up Stow My Bags. I contacted them via their website and they stored our bags AND picked us up in downtown Savannah (we named the place) AND took us to the airport. This service could not have been more accomodating and professional.
