The location is unique. What would normally be an ugly area under the highway has been transformed into a family friendly, community space that is shaded by the I-95 roadway, right on the St. Johns River, & connected to the Riverwalk. There's a stage for live music by the water, bathroom facilities, and parking. There were tons of unique vendors - fresh produce, plants, honey, jam, artwork, jewelry, woodwork, candles, macrame, food trucks, professional on-the-spot pet photos, & more. Something for everyone!

This is the place for your all day shopping trip. The stores are plentiful, there is something for everyone and they have one heck of a Christmas display in the center of the mall! I didn't even get to visit all of the stores it was so big. If you are planning to go here, PLAN, don't just show up if you are traveling. Set aside a whole day for this one.

The food court has several options from snacks to full meals. I loved the Sushi burrito!

This is a big place. Hang onto your small children and keep them close if you have kids.

The flea market was okay. lots of cheaper stuff--we were ther in late Februray but they didn't seem ready for visitors--many vendors not open. BUT the surprise of the day was the Tiki Bar. stopped for a quick bite and spent the rest of the afternoon there!!. alligator bites and shrimp--2 for 1 beer and some fantastic live music. that was the best part of the day--check this out for sure

This place is huge. There is so much to see. Go Early because when it gets close to the closing time they will kick you out. We wanted a pair of bar height chairs and it was 15 minutes before closing. The lady kept telling us we had to leave and that they were closing. we drove a long way to shop here and got kicked out.

Stopped by on a Friday afternoon in late September specifically to pick up some Ben Jammin' Island Jerky to take home to my husband in Oklahoma. Ben's jerky ROCKS!

While we were there, we took a few minutes to look around. They seemed to have a little of everything, from fresh produce and local honey to antiques and perfume. It was rather warm as the building doesn't seem to be air-conditioned, and parts were rather dimly lit, but that is part of the charm of a flea market, right?

The Sugar Bear Antiques Mall is a lovely place to visit. Make sure you have an hour or two because it is a nice sized building to wander around. They have a wide variety of vintage items, clothing, jewelry, furniture, toys, collectors items, etc. There is parking available in front of the mall. If you love antiques you will want to check out Sugar Bear Antiques Mall.

We love this antique mall. There are so many booths to look thru. Everything is clean & we always find a bargain. They have a large variety of costume jewelry, which I love going thru! The staff is very friendly & helpful also

Dave has it all, a library of books, civil war money, guns, swords, Autographs, art and more. He’s a wealth of information and will spend as much time as you want answering questions and educating you. He’s truly passionate about what he does and loves to share. We needed up with a special purchase for a great price and will be back in touch! So glad we got to visit in person, well worth it. There are items outside of the civil war period but it’s mostly that timeframe. He ships to so visit the website as well! I saw 4 original Dickens books as well as many others I wanted to take home.

Saw this store while going to a doctor's appointment. It was closed so I came back the next day. Leyci greeted me and gave me a tour. It is a small shop in what was the cafe. The "warehouse" is in former yoga studio. They do sell their products on site as well as on-line. There is an area for sampling the spices. They have a good selection of spices and excellent customer service.

The owner of the place was sitting outside and we had a great time talking to him about all his stuff and where he got a lot of it. He was the nicest man. They were in the process of rearranging the inside of the warehouse so it was closed but they did have the doors open so I was able to peek in. I started drooling I wanted to get inside so bad.

So, we just walked around outside and looked at the neat cars he had, the rusty gold, and even saw a child/adult tandem bike that I have never seen before. I don't think we will ever get to the Jacksonville area again but if we do, we are making a beeline to this place. I want to get inside that warehouse.

I was in a week ago and was surprised that booths were sparse. Well organized.
Usually have a shop full of antiques and cool things. Maybe because if is Jan./Feb. typically slow months or on shopping trips.
