Learning to ride a Segway was interesting. There is a movie then an indoor course. Our instructor and guide, Alan was fantastic and had the patience of a Saint. Touring the Western battlefield by Segway was an amazing trip. I have been to the battle field many times and taken other tours, but touring on a Segway was fun and educational. Alan was an excellent tour guide and along with the audio tour was a wealth of information. I highly recommend Segtours for both the fun of riding a Segway and the knowledge on both the safe operation of a Segway and of the battles was second to none.

Alan also recommended a carb place. He had not been there himself but was told it was good and his sources were right. Dave and Jane's was awesome. The creamy crab bisque was great.

My wife and I toured with GettyPeds on April 20th, 2022. Had a great time. Josh and his family at GettyPeds were great hosts and we had a registered battlefield tour guide, Eric who was also excellent. Highly recommended to anyone who has not tried this before. Vehicles very easy to operate and much better than getting on and off a crowded tour bus.

Excellent way to get a feel for the scale how close the opposing sides were to each other.
    Very easy riding.
    Great guide.

What fun! I'd never done an escape room before, so I can't compare it to others, but my friends and I really enjoyed this. There was no "escape" - rather we had to find a missing will. Alas, we didn't find it in the time allotted, but came close (and we were told that the room we chose, the Spirited Study, was the most challenging). The themes were based in the Civil War era which provided atmosphere, but no knowledge of history was needed.

A little pricey, but we were happy to pay a little extra in order to not be put with another group (a procedure they instituted during Covid - that's at least one good thing that came of it!). There were three of us; I wouldn't recommend a group larger than 5, or you'll be bumping into each other.

The man on duty was polite and helpful (providing clues if needed). I hope to go back sometime with my family. 1863 Escape and a meal out (we went to the Dobbin House Tavern) made a wonderful afternoon.

My mom and I visited Gettysburg for the first time this weekend, March 19-20. We wanted to find a great ghost investigation experience and we were not disappointed whatsoever. We had activity at each location we went to. One of the spirits even said my moms name, without any of us saying it out loud, on the ovilus device. Our tour guide was great, she was very knowledgeable about each location and the town itself as well. We would definitely come back and do this again!

Eric gave a great tour. Loved going into the basement to see where the orphans were sent for punishment. The stories were entertaining and kept everyone's interest.

Taking a Ghost walk tour was on the bottom of my to do list while visiting Gettysburg. However last night they talked me into it and I am so glad they did. It was just enough spookiness to not freak me out and the history part was very interesting. Had a great time! Thank you Ghost walk tours of Gettysburg!

Tons of fun! Most of our group were timers and needed a little coaching. Josh our coach was fantastic with our group. We had fun playing games and appreciate the excellent service

My son and I tried out the 1863 themed room recently. We didn't make it out in time but we had fun trying! Simon was a great game master and we would definitely try this again.
