What travelers are saying
- E LoganBon Air, VA9 contributionsThis is where we started "Aviation History Tour" on our trip, which was a good call because it set the tone for what we saw later at Carillion Park and Wright Patterson AFB (at the Nat'l Air Force Museum)! Definitely see the movie - it puts everything you see in context. Exhibits seem are a little cramped/dated, but all very interesting.Written August 11, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dewayne PElizabethtown, KY1,719 contributionsWhat a fascinating old cemetery. It is good for a scenic drive to look at the headstones or a walk to take in the air and nature. There is a marker indicating where the Wright Brothers are buried.Written May 23, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kelly CathcartValparaiso, IN1,138 contributionsThis park along the river is very nice. When the weather allows it seems there is food stands and kayaks to rent. We were there in not great weather but I am sure this would be a great place to kayak. It is a great place to walk and get away from traffic and noise of the city no matter the weather.Written July 24, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LibLady56Ohio462 contributionsWe visited this location at the end of fall during Covid, so the flowers and foliage wasn't abundant, nor were the people and educational opportunities. I plan to go back in the spring when flowers are in full bloom. Many people use this location for special photo ops (senior pics, family shots, or weddings)Written January 24, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Be careful with the pigs , they are pretty aggressive. I wore steel toe boots and could still feel their teeth trying to chomp down . The other animal are very sweet. The donkeys and horses. Pet them for a few minutes and they follow you everywhere. Really great place to go if your looking to spend quality family time and get those kids away from the electronics for a dayWritten November 21, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ShelbyDayton, OH7 contributionsAullwood Garden MetroPark is a great family-friendly place to visit. It can be a short or long trip depending on how many trails you walk & how long you spend seeing the animals. The trolls are super cool and a must-see!Written July 8, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- JaneanPhillipsKettering, OH267 contributionsPossum Creek is full of childish fun and wonder. Our field guides were professional, knowledgeable and patient with our high-spirited group of youngsters. We enjoyed learning about, and petting, the farm animals, as well as learning about the history of the farm, the flora and fauna, and about other yearly events held there. It was a memorable visit for all of us, children, parents and teachers alike. We will definitely be visiting again.Written October 6, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- FoodieDaytonVandalia, OH304 contributionsNice park with two sections. Lots of roaming space etc, and it's free. The only problem is you always some trash that brings their dogs there, and they attack other dogs. They don't seem to have the sense to know if you're dog attacks other dogs or might attack other dogs it might not be a good idea... So I actually tend to avoid.Written August 5, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
