While tickets are a bit pricey, the overall experience was super fun. The SPYSCAPE museum offers some games you can do at home in advance of the visit, and the Batman experience has a section to play in advance of your visit and hours more of playtime for after your visit. The games may be a bit frustrating for younger children, but all-in-all it was fun to challenge myself to do well and to beat my friend. I would definitely be open to visiting again. I advise against getting VIP tickets - they are expensive and unless you want the nice baseball hat that comes with it. The bracelet that comes with VIP tickets is not worth the money.

Sept 2022 - went on a 4 hour cruise with my partner. Even as a long time NYC resident and passenger of many such trips, this cruise was a highlight activity. Eric is a fantastic captain/guide and his boat is beautiful labor of love. He tailored the trip to our expectations and made sure it was more comfortable than we expected.

Even as a NYC history nerd, learned quite a bit about the city and the arbor from Eric. It was also great to experience the harbor under sail when the wind permitted.

    Highly recommend!

We did the 4 day hike on the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Explorer's Passage was super easy to work with from planning all the way through execution. We had to reschedule twice (ugh!) and Jeff was very professional and accommodating. Neptali was our Peruvian guide--he is the best! Food on the trail was great with wonderful, creative offerings for our vegetarian trip member. We upgraded the sleeping arrangements to use the cots, and slept very comfortably (I'd even say luxuriously) every night.

My 21 year old granddaughter and I have visited NYC must see sights during previous visits so we were looking for something different. I’ve been following Famous Fat Dave and I’ve never seen anything but 5 star reviews. And here’s another one!

We left it up to him to plan a “non-touristy” tour. We enjoyed all the local stops in areas of Brooklyn that were completely new to us! He even let us check Coney Island off our list with a quick stop. Even better than the food, we loved his story telling. We felt like we had spent the evening with a family member - he was so welcoming and willing to please. We were treated like neighbors at the restaurants he chose, and really felt like we saw true local culture.

We highly recommend Dave and plan to schedule another tour next trip!

Excellent value for money, personal service and insider knowledge made for a great day in the various areas of Brooklyn. We sampled and learnt about food and cultures we would not have been able to discover on our own and came away with full bellies and an appreciation of NY beyond Manhattan. It was also a bonus to see locations featured in various films and tv series.
We would definitely book on another of Ziggy’s tours on a return visit to New York.

Dan White did the impossible by transporting his magic into our home with his new online performance!! If you know Dan White, you know you’ll have a good time, what you don’t know yet is how amazed you’ll be witnessing his magic in your own hands. He is truly one of the few faces of Magic’s new generation.
Love this guy, loved him live, loved him online, can’t wait for the next experience!

Annie made the NY trip FANTABULOUS for us and the grandkids. The boys (ages 10 & 12) cannot stop talking about it and they said that Annie didn't seem like a tour guide – she seemed like she was really our friend and I think we all felt that way. Annie was able to read those boys and knew when they needed breaks. They loved a break in Central Park. What kid leaves NY and raves about a park? They were in heaven climbing and jumping and finding turtles. They did say their other favorite thing was Top of the Rock.
WE could have spent hours trying to figure out WHAT to see and how to get to the various sites but Custom & Private. Com did all the pre-planning with us (thanks Cliff!) and Annie executed the plan with perfection. WELL WORTH the price of the full day. We have told all of our friends who wonder what to do with their grandchildren about our great adventure with Cliff and Annie.

The room we did was playground. It was very fun and took a lot of teamwork. The game guide, Sammy, was great!

Came to NYC for a girls weekend, and we needed some entertainment for Saturday morning. This tour did not disappoint! Our tour guide, Kristina, was hilarious and engaging and she did a fabulous job of keeping us amused and engaged. We learned some really weird facts about various artifacts and exhibits! I would absolutely take another Museum Hack tour in the future - highly recommend!

We had the lovely Peter Farr drive us on a fab tour of NY.He was a joy to have as our chaperone and was spot on with his knowledge on the history of NY.This made our short trip so much better as most attractions were closed because of virus panic. We will do this again on next visit.
Thanks again Peter for great drive.

We opted for the East Side/West Side tour to see parts of the city we haven’t visited before and we were not disappointed. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, which included several local food stops along the way. He ensured our safety throughout the tour, as it involved riding along some busy NY streets but this was never a concern.

Parts of this tour were a little strenuous (riding up some pretty big hills) but there was no rush and plenty of time to catch our breath along the way.

We would wholeheartedly recommend this company, an particularly this tour, to anyone who enjoys cycling and wants to see NY from a different perspective.
