- Kiara S3 contributionsI got a standby ticket! I got in line at 6:50 AM, and was 20th in line. They ended up letting 25 people in but there was around 50 in line. It’s the same line for Kelly Clarkson, Seth Meyers & Fallon which they separate when the store opens but the majority were there for Fallon.
After I got my ticket for Fallon (#20) I got a ticket for Kelly Clarkson’s morning show (figured I would be waiting around anyway) and was #11. I was the last person they let in for Kelly Clarkson!
Fun experience! I would recommend getting in line early! HP has your wands from all your favorite characters. HP provides a variety gift ideas from chocolate frogs, Rubeus Hagrid shoes to fill. The famous London telephone booth,
9 3/4 platform sign, stationary with your favorite quill and, of course, books. Which house are you ?? A Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Slytherianor, or Ravenclaw???. HP has your supporting scarf or cape. Absolutely clean process, and Oh boy what an amazing experience, This Heli ride was the highlight of our trip to East Coast!! My brother was visiting from another country and took back incredible mental images of NY city!! The guys were uber helpful and I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of taking a ride, don;t second guess, this will be best experience and you will be taking about it for months!! The pic quality and views are amazing , we are working on getting some frames made for our travel wall at home so we can virtually revisit!! - Peter FNew City, NY13 contributionsVery well designed, light-hearted, entertaining experience. The clues are fun and exploration-inspiring, not the hard adrenaline-rush level 10 escape room kind. We were paired up with a very fun group - getting to know them a little and navigating through the storyline together was a big part of the success. The performers were very talented, engaged, fun. The price was great with my Groupon discount. KB and the other staff members were AWSOME! We escaped, "The Perfect Crime" room. We got stuck a little. However, KB's pre-game instructions came in handy. - DSchruteMilw., WI63 contributionsWent last Sunday night looking for something different to do while visiting NYC. Decided on the Slipper Room and had a great time! The venue is small and has a great speakeasy vibe to it. The emcee was awesome and great at keeping the pace of the show moving along between the burlesque dancers, other performers, and engaging audience participation.
We were seated at a high top table in front of a speaker and that was pretty loud, I would suggest grabbing a floor seat. Drinks were just OK - we started with an old fashioned and a dirty martini - both could have been better. Regardless, we had a lot of fun and will be back!
