Cars are newer models and very clean. The vehicles are roomy, comfortable, and the response of the owner and drivers, exceptional. I have used them many times. Mario is the best. - Getaway6183142 contributionsTook the bus from Bethesda to New York, no problems, fast, efficient, everything went well. On our way back, the bus was not the one from the company, it was an “Academy Bus” the space between the seats was ridiculous, either there were 1.5 Dr between seats or barely half a ft. We ended up in one of the non space ones, you have to sit with your legs open to find comfort and try doing that for 4 hours! It was totally horrible. We sat uncomfortably the whole way back. I saw a few other people trying to lift their legs. I don’t know if this was done so more people can fit in but it’s terrible.

The agent I spoke to over the phone when I called them was very helpful. She even helped me setup the whole event. I had multiple people working along the process but everything was made super easy for my office staff. My staff got the text messages when they arrive at EWR Newark Liberty Airport and I also got the text and email regarding each reservation. They were a little pricy but its worth every penny. - terip10251 contributionIt claims entertainment but the TV screens never came on and if your phone is dead then you have no entertainment. It felt very bumpy and loud ride and we were burning up. - Odyssey238796657381 contributionPick-up was organized in a very good way. We received pics from driver, car and car number before. But - be carfeful with the agreed waiting time of max. 1h. It's starts with the arrival time of the flight. In our case we were queing at the customs for more that one hour and we lost the transfer. And also the money we had paid for the pick-up. Additional waiting is charged with 12USD/15min - so we skipped it. - BruceLSUSaginaw, AL76 contributionsMy wife & I recently took a cruise out of Brooklyn and needed transportation from our hotel near LaGuardia to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. After researching several limo services we selected BestLimo.NYC as they had the best rates with excellent reviews. Our driver, Golkys arrived at the hotel a few minutes early and drove us to the port. He was very friendly and professional, and the vehicle was very clean and well maintained. When we returned to the port two y later, we had the same driver. We actually got off of the ship about 45 minutes earlier than expected, and when I texted him I learned he had already arrived and was waiting around the corner for us. It was exceptional service. Drivers always at baggage claim with sign. Cars are clean and actually much better than the rest.
