We did get a cosmo at Scouts, saw where the rehearsal move was in the first movie, and of course went to the front steps of Carrie’s home. My only tip for anyone is do yourself a favor and buy your own cupcake from Magnolia Bakery, you get one on the tour but it’s a mini cupcake. Suzanne is an exceptional guide with great knowledge & a warm, gracious & easygoing nature. She personalised my tour & made some wonderful suggestions for my NYC purchases. We spent most of our afternoon in Brooklyn where there are many eclectic shops. We covered a lot of ground! I came home tired but satisfied with a great day out in NYC.
This is a great way to get behind the scene in New York when visiting for a short time. Well worth the investment! Loved that I learned so much about the history and stories of Harlem, from the local tour guide as well as got the chance to support the community through the street cleanup portion of the tour. Simone from Green & Blue Eco Care was super informative about NYC's street trees and I enjoyed learning about textile recycling (and clothing swapping) at the Sustainable Fashion Community Center in East Harlem.

I got a leather coat for $40. She got a Calvin Kline coat for $59.
