- Maria RTeesside91 contributionsWe had a great journey out to the Stellwagon bank. Very smooth and quick. The crew were excellent, giving lots of information as we journeyed out. When we got there we saw numerous humpbacks including a mother and calf. The crew did everything to ensure we saw them from all angles on the boat. Lots of info about the whales and a very nice touch that the crew came around as we headed back, answering individual questions that we had. - Zunang2116 contributionsI had a fantastic time on the Boston Duck Tours! Our driver, Gary, and our tour guide, Sean, were absolutely phenomenal. They brought great energy and humor to the experience, making it both informative and entertaining.
While I know this is a family-friendly tour, I think it would be amazing if they offered an Adults Only option. There were moments when rowdy children made it difficult to hear Sean, as he often had to stop to remind parents to keep their kids’ heads and hands inside the boat. An Adults Only tour would allow for a more immersive experience without those distractions.

Going around in circles 3 or 4 times was too much. The captain was great at moving the ship and spinning it back and forth, so the scenery never got stale. The DJ was good, there were people dancing after dinner. - NotAllWhoWander141642 contributionsWe had a lovely time on this cruise. We had no problem getting our tickets or boarding. The boat itself was a fun riverboat, definitely gave everything a vintage feel. The cruise itself was fun, they take you on a long loop of Boston harbor, describing the skyline, as well as talking about the various ships in port, the harbor islands, East Boston, and Charlestown.
A highlight for us was when the ship stopped in Boston Harbor to watch the USS Constitution fire off its canon! Definitely a very unique experience to witness and one we both enjoyed.
Keep in mind that it is a cash bar, though we found that the prices were very fair for being in Boston. We were also very pleased with the price of the tickets, and felt that we got a great value for what we paid.
Keep in mind that this is an all ages cruise. We were by a group of younger kids that was running around and causing a lot of noise. They of course have the right to have fun, but we felt it was a bit disruptive. We also found that some of the trivia we were being told was factually incorrect, which as someone who knows the history was disappointing to hear.

But Fredo, Carl and John made us feel welcome, were very professional very informative. And we saw a whale.
All six of us got on well and we had a good laugh together.
Great weather, smooth ride, lovely boat.

- LoriFramingham, MA4 contributionsThis was a wonderful outing! Our Women's ministry from Healing Streams and another women's ministry, Arise, came together for this - there were about 20 of us! The length of the cruise was perfect and we all went and sat up on top after we finished the brunch! The staff was so helpful and provided excellent service.
