Our guide, James-Katherine was great. Helpful, (but not too much) and seemed to truly be invested in our having a good time!

The clues are not obvious and definitely require investment of thought but the pressure as the time ticks down can make you not very thoughtful or a so servant as you want to be. There were 6 in our group and that was a lot for a small space, but very fun and would do it again for sure.

We did the King Arthur escape room and it was amazing! Our game master Nana was very helpful, and she enthusiasticly guided us through the solutions we had the most trouble with after our game was done. It's nice to beat an escape room, but it's so much more fun when someone takes the extra time to explain things. We found the puzzle to be challenging in all the right ways and managed to finish successfully. This was our third and best escape room. Can't wait to return.

My friends and I visited 2 escape rooms here- Wizard & Medieval. We had a great time as Wizards and enjoyed all the activities in this room. The room has a little wear and tear so some items give themselves away pretty easily but we had a great time! The Medieval room was another story. They do say it is scary and I found that to be very true. But it was more macabre (dead severed heads, creepy sound effects, and torture devices). If that's your thing- enjoy. That room was hard though- so hustle!

Super fun activity. Challenging but not impossible. Unique experience with cool technologies. Really friendly staff. Went with a group from work, and would be just as (if not more) fun with group of friends. Highly recommend it.

Took bunch of 12 years olds for birthday party. They all loved it. The guide was excellent with little tips, room is spacious, clues are challenging

We went in with very few expectations just looking to kill some time.
The staff were really friendly and welcoming.
The story was OK, the ride would work fine without it but I didn't mind watching for a couple of minutes. I assume it probably kills time when the ride is busier.
The ride itself was really fun, a little blurry but nothing major! We both really enjoyed it and were really pleased we made the decision to go.

We had a great time at the Puppeteer's Workshop! Our group had very little experience with escape room style puzzles (three of us had done 1 room before...two of us had never done an escape room before). It's not the most cutting-edge, high-tech, polished experience...but that is more than made up for with smart, story-driven puzzles that are incredibly satisfying when your group has an "aha!" moment.

We played the Antidote game, the rooms were very authentic and really well set up just like a real lab. Great puzzles and flow to the game. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will be playing more with Escapology on our US road trip.

We had a fun day in SF then went to puzzle break. We had cocktail hour before but we quickly sobered up as we tried to solve all the puzzles. We went with 3 of our friends and joined another big group who all worked together. Still we worked as a team to solve a lot of complex puzzles and were 2 puzzles from getting out. We didn't escape but I think we would have if we had 10 more minutes. Urgency! Use every minute!

This is the second escape room I've done and it was by far more fun than the first one. The two person team that ran it was awesome, and really got everyone in the mood to play. The clues themselves were pretty tricky, and we had to work with half a team that we didn't know. We all ended up melding well and got out with 4 minutes to spare! Great time and totally worth it!

This game room was fun! It was a fun twist to start with our team split up. The game controller was very nice and very helpful. It was pretty hard to see the end puzzle due to the red light.

We went to visit SF and discovered this content playground similar to ice cream museum but all about music. Also they used local artists and great merchandise in their gift shop
