He also went above and beyond in my opinion what he was “required” to do for the tour to make it the best experience possible. I was solo on this tour and after the tour was over he took the time to walk me and another solo traveler to another stop and then gave me extra recommendations for a dinner spot. Jamie really seemed to know the history behind the Mission District. The mural history lesson was a fun addition to this food tour as well. Highly recommend doing this tour to get a great taste and feel for the Misson District! It was a great way to spend the afternoon. He knew everything about SF and took us on a cable car ride, a street car and several buses so we got to go all over SF and saw so much! He knew the best place for ice cream and for lunch! Jamie told us so much amazing information and took photos for us all over town. Alcatraz is a wonderful way to experience what the prison was all about. She had so many cool stories to tell- I learned so many new things about the city. We had never done something like this before but we are true believers. I liked using the EMF reader and it was cool to see other tools Rose had. She had a radio like thing and when she asked for someone to speak with us we heard a clear NO. Overall we had a great experience and we highly recommend to anyone that’s up for the hunt! Very comfy tour bus and the small group tour was perfect.
