The grass fed burger slaps so hard... best I’ve had! The fried pickles, the old fashions.. all of it! Vibes going up!! Jair was the best server as well😁

This place was great! I came here with my wife and a bunch of friends around Memorial Day this year and we had a great time. The restaurant was packed so we had to wait for a table, but they had a nice small elevated counter where we could grab a drink and hang out while we waited. The beer was very, very good (I had heard good things about Cellarmaker for years) and we tried a variety of styles, all of which were tasty. We ordered two different pies once we got a table and both were absolutely delicious! We got the mushroom Detroit pie and the pepperoni Detroit pie and they were so, so good; the dough was light and fluffy and the toppings and sauce were very flavorful. Service was good too and it was just a really nice place to hang out, have some great beer, and enjoy some great pizza with friends!

It's disheartening that the Anchor Steam Brewery tour is no longer available. Lucky enough to have gotten to experience the tour right before it's closing.

Not sure how we wandered across the Black Hammer but they had a lot of beers on tap so we decided to stay. Unfortunately it was a weekday and there was a big after work crowd that was there for the pub quiz so it was quite full of a twenty something professionals. We found a table outside and had to go in to get beers but it was still a good atmosphere. Once the pub quiz was over the place started to thin out.

Big warehouse with some alright food but extremely tasty beers, a good atmosphere, shuffleboards and gentle staff. This place really is a SF gem.

We had a lovely dinner here.
Upon arrival in the early evening, the place was semi empty.
Service was nice and the dishes were very good.

This place is really different. It's not the easiest place to get to but it's worth the drive. They have a fun vibe with little nooks to sit in and custom patterns on the seats. Their beer list is long and varied and, frankly, all great. Among the classics like Big Daddy and Prohibition, you can also enjoy a Saison, red, double barrel aged Stout or even a white IPA. I'm sad that they don't make the Fixed Fight anymore but they care deeply about their beers and are always ready to chat about them in a non-pretentious, genuine way. They sell some very cool merchandise, too.

Got there by chance and I would go again. Easy to get to from where I was and there was street parking. Guys were friendly and nice. Had a few beers. Plenty to choose from.

My partner and I wanted to do something to explore the city we live in a little bit more, and stumbled upon this tasting class for sake, which both have never done. The location is a little off-the-beaten path from where we live downtown, but it was worth it. We had a variety of different sakes and little bites to compare taste and smell before and after. Jake & Noriko explained the process in detail and gave us a tour. It gave me a new found appreciation for sake, and we were thrilled at the opportunity to by a bottle to take home.

Oh, and I almost forgot the most important thing! Once the sake is brewed (yes, brewed), there is a byproduct leftover called sake kasu which can be used in different, fun recipes. Since we coincidentally had a empty container in our car from lunch earlier, they gave us some to take home, as well as some recipes! We made the most killer chocolate mousse AND salad dressing because of it.

This is a fun, unique experience that locals and visitors should both try!

While in San Francisco this past weekend our best friend who lives there took a group of us Brewery hopping. Hands down Harmonic had the best beer, atmosphere, vibe. We loved the place! They have food trucks come in and sell snacks. There were young families there and dogs. Which totally made the vibe even better. They hired a band to come in and play while we happened to be there and we really liked them. If you're looking for a fun brewery to hang out at while in town, we highly recommend this one. It's back in an industrial area so if it seems like you're going in the wrong direction, you're not.

It's an institution and it's a bar and it's a restaurant. We had a retirement party here and it was a good space for socializing. Good appetizers and good service.
