- pcs1Altoona, FL219 contributionsWe did the farm tour and enjoyed it! Fun and very informative. We’d never heard of apple bananas! After the tour we had lunch at their cafe….the veggie paninis were huge and very good. They had a large open field where kids could play. Worth a stop for sure!Written March 8, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Rob MEscondido, CA2,855 contributionsWe stopped here and just waded in the water. Lots of rocks, so watch out. There’s also a nice beach bar. We had a couple drinks while we were watching the people and watching the beach. The bar had live Hawaiian music. Good experience.Written November 5, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Sean CHaleiwa, HI1,779 contributionsBeautiful, secluded beach. Although some of the guests from Turtle Bay did use this beach, it wasn’t crowded. The water is great for swimming. There are plenty of trees and shaded areas too.Written August 6, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- JFWhiteMoncton, Canada8,309 contributionsList banyon tree is in rough shape. Came here a few times, and with time, its becoming in worst shape which is too bad. Loved seeing it in Lost and Jumanji.Written December 22, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jesse M1 contributionThis place is Kahuku's Hidden Gem! The outside is very cute with a detailed mural, his painted car parked outside, as well as chickens roaming around. The gallery is built inside a shipping container with beautiful artwork displayed. He plays nice music and overall has a welcoming vibe. Hilton is a kind person who does a lot for the community. Definitely recommend checking him out! He's located behind Giovanni's Shrimp Truck.Written May 16, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lamar H2 contributionsWe go to Oahu annually in February for a winter getaway. Last year we played golf at Turtle Bay and the course was in horrible condition. During that trip we also played Ko Olina and Kopolei. Both of the other courses were in excellent condition, so this year we initially planned to skip Turtle Bay based on the previous years experience. But, after our first 2 rounds at Kopolei and another course, my son wanted to squeeze in an additional round prior to our last one at Ko Olina. He called Turtle Bay to find out if they could accommodate our group of 3 the following day. He asked about the condition of the course and was assured that it was in good condition, so we booked for the following day. To our surprise the course was in very good condition. Last year the fairways were thin and the greens looked as if they had a fungus. Other than slow play by the group in front of us, we had a great time. We were a bit hesitant due to our experience last year, but I'm glad we gave it a second chance. Another review mentioned bad service in the pro shop last year, which we also experienced. This year everyone was nice and helpful. I'm not sure, but maybe new management was brought in. Overall, we had a good experience this year and will play Turtle Bay next year in February.Written March 24, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - whiskeysixHonolulu, HI628 contributionsI loved every minute of this short horse ride! I am inexperienced and these horses were easy to ride. They love to stop and snack on the bushes and tall grass so just beware you’ll have to get them back on the trail!
We met the concierge inside the hotel and she drove us to the stables. You can also meet at the stables as well. There is parking.
Absolutely stunning views on this trail. Highly recommend this ride and then lunch at the Beach House.
Our tour guides were awesome, please be sure to tip them if you loved it.Written January 2, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jon V1 contributionWe just love Ohana Island Creations! Our visit last week was our 3rd time visiting their shop. Each time we have enjoyed our visit and learned something new and have found a new craving that we had to have!! The first time we were there, Tonu was telling us about the carvings and we learned that we had a common friend that we went to high school with! We fell in love with some of the smaller Tikis on the 1st visit, the 2nd visit we loved one of the large turtle carvings and had to buy a suit case to take it home. This visit we got to meet one of Tonu’s sons and got another carving of two turtles in a heart on Valentine’s Day! Be sure to stop by and visit, you’ll not regret it!!!!

However, the little shaved ice and smoothie shop on the end is amazing!!! The fruit is all fresh and the ice cream and shaved ice are mixed. It’s a great island snack.Written January 10, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
