We found great results, but some are outside Lahaina. Showing results in neighboring cities.

Kapalua Coastal Trail
#1 of 21 Nature & Parks in Lahaina
I can highly recommend this for any and everyone who wants to get out into nature, get a little exercise and be simply AMAZED at the sheer beauty of God's Creation!!!
With the help of our navigation system and the reviews (and a little luck) we found one of the trail parking lots (there are four areas to park along the trail, one at each end and two in the middle.)

Napili Beach
#3 of 21 Nature & Parks in Lahaina
It has fun nooks and crannies so you can park yourself under a tree and feel like you are semi-secluded despite the crowds.
We've visited Kamaole Beach Park III, Hamoa Beach, Hookipa Beach, Fleming Beach, Baby Beach, the beach near the airport, and stayed at Kaanapali Beach on this trip.
Acid War Zone Trail
#4 of 21 Nature & Parks in Lahaina
This lava tube, a freak of nature, erupts every 20 seconds with some blasts as high as 100 feet in the air, depending on the surf that day.
There is almost always a coconut vender parked at the edge of the parking lot, and that makes it easy to find where to park.
Kahekili Beach Park
#5 of 21 Nature & Parks in Lahaina
Weather permitting there is usually a donation based yoga class on Friday mornings at 8 A.M. then afterwards there is a Hawaiian crafts fair set up on the board walk just to the North of the beach park.
This also a great beach area to have a picnic but make sure to bring your snorkel gear, the coral in front of the beach park is very nice.

Baby Beach
#6 of 21 Nature & Parks in Lahaina
A couple times we went, we found parking right at the entrance to the beach (all the way down Pu'unoa Pl), or you can park along the side street by the church.
need to get there fairly early to grab a car park and access the water at low tide.

Slaughterhouse Beach
#7 of 21 Nature & Parks in Lahaina
A great place to bring a cooler of whatever your heart desires, park yourself on a beach, swim out and do some snorkeling, or read a good book.
You park up top and walk down a lot of steps to this somewhat secluded beach.

The west trailhead is off Honoapiilani Hwy just before Ukumehame Beach State Park if you are driving from Kehei side.

Ohai Loop Trail and Overlook
#9 of 21 Nature & Parks in Lahaina
Absolutely loved it!! Hardly anyone out there, and the sound of only nature in your ears is intoxicating!! Ocean, wind, birds and the crunching of your feet... divine!! Gorgeous views all the way.
There are fantastic views to be enjoyed, even a park bench on the cliff over looking the Pacific.

Lahaina Harbor
#10 of 21 Nature & Parks in Lahaina
The Harbour is very well organized , kept very clean , parking will take you a bit of time to find it , nice park in the front of it and lots of nice small shops around , great place to go whale watching.
It's right next to the banyan tree park area with lots of shade, though I do wish there had been a little more shade provided for the benches in the waterfront area.

Honokowai Beach Park
#11 of 21 Nature & Parks in Lahaina
Park free and peruse the beachfront properties along the well kept boardwalk or get adventurous and take off your shoes and wade along the shore for more than a continuous mile while watching for whales.
This beach park is a few minutes from our condo we own in Maui, so its really close and I like it a lot.

one of the best place's to see turtles , park at the Sheraton and walk through the well manicured grounds to the beach ,not much shade but the water was calm and clear and lots of fish and turtles along the rocks.
Found a public beach park down the road.

Enjoyed my "solitude" watching clouds "forming" over Molokai Island, right across the PoHaku Park.
We stopped at this beach park on the suggestion of the concierge at our hotel.
