    Worth it
    If you’re reading this, you already know this is the top rated spa on Kauai. The facilities were fantastic with the only exception being the uninspiring rectangular lap pool. If you’re on the fence about what treatment to get, get the lilikoi body polish… this is quite possibly the BEST spa treatment experience I’ve ever had. The treatment is done is a garden hut with access to a private outdoor lava rock shower - I can’t imagine a better setting!!
    My travel companion had a treatment in one of the “treatment rooms” and also very much enjoyed the experience. Each room has a small, private garden off of it so each is full of natural light.
    If you can afford it, don’t hesitate on booking this spa. Plan the arrive early to take FULL advantage.

    Wonderful, uplifting hatha yoga class!
    I attended Joy's yoga classes at Koloa Landing Resort in Poipu during my spring break trip to Kauai with my family. I ADORED her classes. I practice yoga daily (Yoga with Adriene on YouTube) and found Joy's style and pace similar to what you'd get from a Yoga with Adriene class. Highly recommend Joy as an instructor for those looking to start your day with a wonderful, uplifting and energizing hatha yoga practice.
