The house itself is beautiful, an absolute gem of the Arts and Crafts period, with a Tudor styled exterior and a great collection of Pre-Raphaelite art, both in the house and in the on-site gallery in the malt house.

We were warmly welcomed, offered pelnty of tea and biscuits, given a short informative tour of the birds, and had nearly 2 hours of bird handling with a number of different birds of prey with the excellent guide.
