What travelers are saying
- Larry PFargo, ND685 contributionsThe energy, excitement, delight, and engagement that we saw among the children (and their parents) on our visit was thrilling! We no longer have young children, or even young grandchildren, but we still found many of the exhibits to be fun learning experiences. The bright and colorful environment is filled with a wide variety of activities for children of various ages.Written November 23, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - VanEsq12Dallas, TX4,224 contributionsWhat a pleasant surprise! Located at Paine Field, this museum offers several hangars of military aircraft, tanks, rockets, engines, vehicles, weapons and uniforms. Part of what makes this museum unique is that everything still works! All of the planes are still airworthy and many are still used for demonstration purposes. They are meticulously cleaned and this museum is absolutely spotless! There are many volunteers strategically placed to answer questions. One could easily spend a couple of hours here looking at all of the exhibits, artifacts and interactive activities. I loved that the hangar doors were open! It was cool and bright inside. This museum was a wonderful way to learn about military history from all over the world! Highly recoomend!Written June 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jennette AOlympia, WA60 contributionsWonderful art gallery and studio! They have a couple of featured artists and then a large section dedicated to young artists (grades 8-12) that was so amazing! Nice gift shop too.Written February 14, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- VanEsq12Dallas, TX4,224 contributionsYou can tell this arboretum was carefully designed to magnify the beauty of each plant, flower and tree. They are put together in such a way that the colors really stand out. It's quiet, offers nature trails and plenty if benches for quiet reflection. This is a small, quaint property that is FREE and worth your time. It would make a perfect location for wedding, prom or quincinera photos.Written June 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Cheryl JCanal Fulton, OH7 contributionsThis is a nice little beach right next to the ferry. Very fun to look for shells and watch the ferry boats come and go. Never really crowded either.Written March 15, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- 1991KEBNavarre, FL1,648 contributionsThis is a sleeper in Seattle, but definitely worth a visit. The Apolo section was very interesting, as well as the WWII area and film. This museum has so much packed into it that it takes more than one visit to see it all.Written October 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ronaldmanusPortland, OR13 contributionsVery good seats, except, We were 5 rows from the tennis court and, there were no cushions in our seats. For $103.00 per seat I think the seats could have been much more comfortable.Written February 11, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - shilohH2023Seattle, WA9 contributionsI am thrilled to say that this place is absolutely amazing! The sandy beaches are great and the water is a sight to behold. I do want to caution against visiting during low tide, as there is a risk of getting stuck in sticky mud. My friend's brother literally got stuck during his visit. So, make sure to plan your visit accordingly and check the tide schedule. However, during high tide, the beauty of this place is absolutely breathtaking!Written June 20, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
