We stopped by on our way to Wenatchee and I’m really glad we did. The museum was very interesting and had a lot of great exhibits. We especially enjoyed our visit through the little outdoor village. What a great way for children and adults to picture everyday life in the late 1890s and early 1900s. We were lucky enough to be there on a beautiful sunny afternoon so we were able to get some great photos. It’s worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Could spend all day here to get a good look for all the items you might be interested in. Separate booths usually have some kind of theme that helps in determining whether or not you want to spend more time looking in that particular booth. We bought a few things. All appear to be curated, so no broken/missing pieces 'junk' things to look through.

Yesterday was the 20th Anniversary of 9/11.How fortunate the city of Cashmere, Washington is to have such a beautiful and touching memorial. I would recommend visiting it. Besides the central statues commemorating first responders, airline captains, office workers and flight attendant, the memorial also has monuments to Flight 93 and its victims, the Pentagon and the World Trade Center.

Easy access to this monument off of Hwy 2. Beautiful setting and FREE.

Very Knowledgeable, we had a large group and he gave us a discount 😊 He knows what he is talking about- he is the maker himself and we had a great time. If you want to spend some time and enjoy the wine and the conversation it is worth the visit. Enjoy 😉

Stopped in for a tasting. My wife and I each had 4 selections ($8.00 for a tasting of 4 spirits) We shared each serving so we got to try 8 different spirits. Really liked the dry gin....had a slight citrus taste. The bourbon was also excellent as well as the ouzo. Great label graphics. Went away with a nice bottle of gin....think there may be some gin and tonics tonight.

We drove up Icicle Creek when we were staying in Leavenworth. What a beautiful trip! The stream flows through the canyon. Rocky cliffs box in the valley! Now and then views of the gorgeous mountains can be seen. Trailheads invite exploration. We love to go there every time we visit Leavenworth.

If you are in the area stop here. Cute little place with good ciders. The “shed” has some really nice art.

Very enjoyable visit - a number of different ciders to taste. Pleasant area to visit. Thought the cider a bit pricey.

Also called Henry's place. Everyone can find some comfort here. Ladies work out in morning. Norm is outside offering a cup of coffee and friendly Christian chat. A nice addition to our community

Cashmere is small but has some nice little shops and this is one of them. Decent selection of women's clothing as well as accessories and artisan pieces.

We arrived about 1/2 hour before the store/factory closed. We went in and we were the only ones there to take the last tour. The factory is just behind the retail outlet and our guide was very friendly and we asked a lot of questions. The process is all done by hand and quite simple. We got to see the process from the mixing of the ingredients to the final packaging. There were about 8 people on the assembly line handling the Aplets and Cotlets from the time they were mixed and going down the assembly line until the "dough" was cut and then handled by the staff at each part of the processing. The entire process took about 20 minutes from start to finish. Even the pieces of candy were placed in the trays on the assembly line by hand just before they reach the packaging portion of the process.

Aplets and Cotlets are very popular in the northwest and beyond. The retail store had so many varieties that we don't know about in our local retail outlets. I would suggest buying on line by going to their web site to see all the varieties they sell.

This trip was the highlight of our visit to the Cascades/Leavenworth. We met our guide in Cashmere which was only about 20 mins from our Leavenworth hotel. Our guide Capell was exceptional (hope we are spelling correctly). He knew all of the fun spots and gave us a wonderful experience for our family of 4. The trip provided enough thrills for my 15yo daughter while Capell made my hesitant 13yo daughter feel very comfortable By the end she was even "riding the bull" (if you want to know what this is you need to book a trip!). Thanks Capell and Alpine Adventures!

Great trip, laid back guides, perfect for people looking to avoid a rowdy crowd. The trip is largely dependent on the river volume, but the guides are good at making the best of low volume and staying safe in high volume.

Nice little nine hole course, but it is a lot of up and down, hilly course. There is also a driving range. We got two for one on Mondays. Not much for facilities just a small trailer.
