    Relaxation
    I wanted to have a nice easy class for my mom and I to enjoy. The ambience was great and the teacher was very knowledgeable and supportive. They offer classes for different levels. I am gonna go again before I head home.

    Review of: Oceanfront Yoga
    Great yoga at the beach!
    I found this studio online when I was visiting from out of town. It's just a few blocks from the oceanfront in a shopping center next to Mary's restaurant. Attractive decor, soothingly lit, nice music. Kyleigh, my instructor, taught a great class, and the "regulars" were welcoming. Check the website for classes, discount for drop-in if you pay in cash. If I lived at the beach, I'd be a regular. I'll be back when next in town.

    Review of: Pilatesfitness Club
    Great work out!
    I visit va beach pretty often to visit family and was looking for a place to take a reformer class. I'm from NY and I accustomed to boutique fitness classes. I had booked my class the day before and was welcomed by Chris when I arrived. He is very knowledgable and gave me modifications for my bad knee. I am very happy to find a great friendly place to take a pilates reformer class in va beach.

    Review of: Good Vibes Wellness
    Relaxing way to pamper yourself
    Three of us had the detox foot massage and the mineral foot soak afterwards with the sounds of a forest in the background, as we breathed in the salt air. We were surprised at the toxins released and how good our feet felt after the soak. A great place for a 'girls day out' or solo pampering. Be sure to ask for Rebecca (Detox Dandy)! The establishment offer others things as well: new age books, crystals, jewelry, scented candles, massages, reflexology, Reiki, facials, yoga, past life regression, physic readings and other special events.
