- tushar_paiMilton Keynes, UK2,750 contributionsVisited Valentines for parkrun on a Saturday morning. Parked nearby to the entrance to Valentines mansion and walked through the park towards the main entrance. A beautiful oasis in the midst of a bustling area. Play areas, walking paths and lots of greenery. Plenty of parking on the streets around the park and within the park as well.
Toilets and cafe near the main entrance. Seems like a good place for walking or to have a family picnic.Written May 4, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Tauseef6 contributionsHad a registration to attend to and can I just say that the most memorable thing about the mansion are the staff! Super polite and respectful and made everything run smoothly on the day. Would definitely recommend this as a venue for a registration as it looks amazing and it is well run.Written June 30, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- lulabellekate4 contributionsAbsolutely blown away by the production of this pantomime. What an evening we all had.
Furthermore, the acting and the general audience participation surpassed all of our expectations and more! Me, my hubby and our two boys absolutely loved it! Laughed, clapped and danced the whole way through!
Absolutely would recommend this show even though it’s late in the season we would 100% return!
A massive well done to everyone involved absolutely brilliant show! Couldn’t get better at a West End musical!
Thank you!Written January 8, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - H BAL18 contributionsClayhall Park is a GEM that is hidden away it caters for all ages and offers everything a park should offer. - David S2 contributionsI had read a few books on the Thompson - Bywaters case of 1922 and set out to explore on foot some of the area (which I did) - checked out the museum which was very interesting and explored the adjacent library section on the history of Ilford. Found some relevant books in a locked glass case and the helpful researcher got them out for me to peruse. Excellent service , and much appreciated. .Written September 17, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Laura T1 contributionI live round the corner. My son who is 11 and myself have been going every Friday after school. Today was our 4th time. Every week a lifeguard asks him to do a length of the pool which he does. This week he did a length and 30 seconds treading water. We were in the deep end and he was swimming and even going to the bottom of the pool.
Another lifeguard starts his shift and decides my son cannot be in the deep end. He doesnt believe me when I tell him my son can swim and pass the test and that it is our 4th week there.
He made my son cry and we ended up getting out of the pool. So one lifeguard said it was ok and another one didnt.
I will not go back there and will now drive to another pool.Written May 3, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Fatima May AIlford, UK36 contributionsI would like to visit this important reminder/Memorial to us all of faiths to make sure this NEVER EVER HAPPENS AGAIN IN THE WORLD I WATCHED THE FILM SCHINDLERS LIST AND ANOTHER ABOUT AUCHWEITZ ABSOLUTELY AWFUL IN ANY GOOD PERSONS MIND HATRED IS EVIL MY MOTHER JANET TOLD ME AND MY FATHER AHMED THEY ALSO RIP ARE NOT ALIVE NOW AND ALSO RIP TO THE HOLOCAUST and all faiths that have had devastation in Countries and their peoples.
