- Nick R1 contributionIn October we brought a group of 26 boys from Edinburgh City 2013s (9 year olds) to Alcudia to attend the ESA Soccer Academy and had an unbelievable week.
The trip was organised through Elliot who was absolutely super in terms of help, approach and genuine desire to make the trip a truly special and memorable event for the kids.
Organising the event - given we had a total group of 91, the trip did take over a year to sort but at each stage Elliot went above and beyond to ensure that everything was sorted from accommodation type, transport, special requests (baby equipment , dietary requirements etc) and a number of personnel changes. On more than one occasion, when it looked like a big challenge was facing us, Elliot came up with solutions.
A huge advantage of booking via Elliot was his ability to inspire confidence and nothing was too much trouble. If he could not respond immediately (as our coaching) he always sent a holding message to say “leave it with me and I will sort and come back later.”
The football coaching was first class - the stadium pitch and facilities were excellent and not far from hotel, with transport provided.
The standard of coaching was not only excellent but also delivered by David who had a great ability to engage the kids and make it fun, without losing the discipline. All the kids loved the sessions put on by David - a brilliant coach and really nice guy! Similarly, other sessions were also conducted by Mickey the first team manager and Zac was excellent with the siblings that attended the separate ESA training.
Matches were organised against some local teams which were well organised and competitive in nature!
In summary a superb trip that exceeded expectation and to organise a trip of that size shows their ability to deliver high quality sessions for a mix of abilities yet be fun and highly organised.
A top, top team all the guys at ESA and I hope they realise the memories and experiences they help create for young kids starting out their footballing journeys!
Thanks guys and keep up the brilliant work 👏

Kids prices only go up to age 11, so once over that a family of 4 will cost you €120, then you are asked if you want a locker and are stung for another €6, which you only get €1 back when you leave, you don't get a key for the locker so you have to keep finding an attendant which is annoying. Once you are over that costly shock, you go and place your bum down on a sun lounger only to have an attendant come round a charge you €5.50 per lounger.
Came here for my sons birthday as that what he really wanted to do, me and my daughter don't really like water slides so it cost us €60 just to sit poolside, and we haven't even looked at the price of lunch yet. From our Lagomonte hotel, it was around an hour there, hour back.
Take some tinnies to the top and enjoy the view :)

- Anthony UssherLondon, UK15 contributionsGood track, well maintained and evenly matched karts, very safety conscious but in a friendly and pleasant manner, a great experience. Perhaps a little expensive for a ten minute stint but we were there in the height of the season.Written August 29, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Stephanie FCoventry, UK13 contributionsThe horses are well looked after and the staff have a really good relationship with them too. They made sure we were all doing okay and chatted with us along the ride, super friendly.
We booked the 1hr trip which isn’t super scenic, but we enjoyed it loads anyway. Would recommend the 2hr trip up the mountain for more views.
