    Totally worth it
    Incredible service which makes it so easy and efficient. The condo we stayed at recommended them and it was worth having it delivered the night we arrived. We were ready to go in the morning without having to figure it all out at the mountain. The guy had extra boots in the van so when one pair didn’t fit comfortably, he was able to grab another. We forgot one set of poles but called them the next morning and was able to swing by and pick them up on our way.

    Down The Colorado
    This trip with Willy and 12 other people was absolutely amazing. We floated the Colorado river for eight days with workshops to and three times a day. The training was amazing with day and night workshops. It was in 2018.

    Great opportunity to learn from one of the best.
    Had no idea what to expect going into the day, but it was a terrific experience! Willie is super patient and very “chill”. He never made me feel like the amateur that I am. We had some laughs and I picked up a lot of great tips and ideas and a slightly different perspective on looking at landscapes (large and small). I would highly recommend spending a day with Willie if you have the opportunity!

    HORRIBLE DO NOT BOOK WITH KAREN
    This operator (Karen) is a MONSTER! A kinder title would be scam artist. We texted and canceled 24 hours before the scheduled hike. She did not respond so I called her and she said to cancel online and she would refund us our money. Then she acted like she did not know how to do it and said she would do it later... for the next 3 days she would make excuses like: I’ll do it later I’m making dinner, can’t right now I’m doing a project, with a friend so I can’t do it right now. After 3 days of this she texts saying she is now only giving us half a refund because it has been such a hassle for her!! She could have done it in 5 mins after we called her but SHE was the one who put it off. I called her and she yelled at me on the phone and then hung up on me when I tried to speak. SHE IS A NASTY PERSON. Also the description says the guide will bring snacks, WRONG. She told us we had to bring all of our food for the hike. So basically you are paying her $100 per person for her to take you on trails that we found on an app! She’s a snake. Lied to us several times. And was horrible to communicate with. Living up to her name, a true KAREN.

    Great Tour
    There are two things that I really liked about this tour. The tour guide and all the people at Southwest Adventure Tours were very friendly and kind. Also, the accommodations (van and hotel rooms) were comfortable and a great value. I am a senior citizen and I would urge others like me to take this tour. You will love the people and places you visit. Everything possible will be done to ensure your comfort.

    Worth every penny
    My group had an amazing experience with Black Tie during our stay in Park City. The rental process itself was seamless and the organization is very communicative. Clint came to hand-deliver our skis, boots, and poles, and ensured that everything fit properly and that we knew how to use everything. Pick up was seamless as well. We will definitely use Black Tie during our next visit to Park City - or another new resort! Thank you!
