For anyone who is interested in planes and the historical progression of military aircrafts this is a great place to visit. They have a large group of planes with their histories for each one.
A free entry fee but they do take donations which is always appreciated

The museum experience is very relaxed; you go at your own pace. Even though it is small, it packs in a ton of information. I appreciated the focus on history of BIPOC employees in the railroad industry. It also covers western expansion and gives information on the Mormon and not Mormon settlements that grew up around the SLC area. Outside, the trains were amazing to look at and if you are lucky like we were, you can go inside an Army medical car and a post office car. Will return again!

My husband and I enjoyed spending a few hours here. The trails are short, but we extended our time by stopping to read and draw. The birds of prey exhibit is awesome and there is also a desert tortoise! If you are looking for an easily accessible spot to enjoy the outdoors, this is the place to stop!

25th Street is the most historic and accessible part of Ogden. we enjoyed strolling down the street, through the central city park, and along some of the nearby avenues, which had not nearly as much character. We were surprised by the number of apparently homeless on the streets in the area but they kept to themselves. Plenty of restaurants - not that many interesting shops though.

It’s a really cute little place to take the kids.
I think there is enough diversity and fun to keep your kid entertained for a while, mine is 6 and he has a lot of fun. I think kids under 10 especially would enjoy it. Admission is really fair too.
My one complaint is it becomes a bit of a maze of you don’t use the stairs to keep up with the kiddos. It is accessible but can be a harder trip. There are some quieter areas like the little hut if you need an area to chill out for a bit while your kid plays inside too.

I do a fair bit of hiking but this trail is a fair bit more challenging than what I'm used to back in Ohio. The terrain varies from hard pack to loose rock and the vertical assent definitely gets the blood pumping. My buddy Paul and I set out in late morning in July and the temperature hit 85F on the way up. But wow, what a reward we had once we made it to the waterfall. The cool mist was so refreshing and the views were spectacular. This ended up being my favorite hike of the summer.

This was a fascinating museum. But even better than the museum itself was the tour guide. Joe has really done his research and taught us lifelong Ogden residents a lot about our very own 25th Street that we didn't know.

An excellent history of the weapons made by the Browning. Company, from the pistols to various types of rifles and semi-automatic weapons.

Super nice clean and calm, I love how even when it’s busy you still have your own space away from others. My daughter loved it and we will be going every year

I saw a band there on May 15 2018 and had one of the best concert event of my life. I was a Mowtown Review show at no cost to enter. Families young and old were dancing in the isles.

Not huge, and VERY seasonal. I suspect one should come in June, after blooms begin in earnest. Lovely paths, clean place and there are barbeque grills available. No, this will NEVER be Butchardt Gardens, but for Ogden, very nice.

There is a trail you can walk on that goes around the pond. Ducks love to gather there so it's an opportunity to see and watch the ducks. You can bring your dog or your family to walk with you, just remember to share the trail with others. Above the pond is an area and a playground for kids to play and a great place to have a picnic. A few weeks ago I was at the pond with my mom and we saw a deer! It's just a wonderful place to have a walk and to get out to enjoy nature!

We love the Skyline trail, great way to spend the day and see amazing views of the valley. We do like it in cooler months and early morning. Mid summer can be hot in the afternoon.
