Well traveled trail about 2 miles round trip. Very rocky, not suitable for mobility impaired. Starts in Landa Park and steep hill toward the end which finishes in a residential neighborhood. But for New Braunfels, it is the best we've got

Excellent golf course tucked in the midst of scenic trees and gently rolling hills. We were in San Antonio from across the US for a funeral and decided Thursday afternoon to play a round of golf; we had to venture out to New Braunfels to find a suitable tee time. The Bandit was a very pleasant surprise, plenty of challenging holes, the greens and fairways in great condition, and an excellent practice areas. Not knowing the course layout made it more challenging, particularly 2 par 5's that had extreme dog legs near the greens and one blind par 4 tee shot. The pond/small lake was a bit unattractive being filled with muck and several creeks we dry - nothing The Bandit could do about that, but besides that, a wonderful experience had by all.

Note - the "Who was with you?" question below did not offer an option that describe us - We were a family without young children or teens.

Beautiful scenic between New Braunfels and Canyon Lake. The road follows along the Guadalupe River. There are several RV camps and a couple tubing companies along the route.

I have tubed down the Comal many times over the years. Some where we brought tubes and some where we did not. But this was our first experience with 444 Tubing company. We had an A+++ experience from the time we parked (in a giant parking lot) to the cashier, to the super friendly drivers, etc. When we finished our float, and headed down the road (after being out of breath from climbing 150 steps) the 444 Tubing driver came and grabbed my wife's and my tube and carried them to the bus. All in all, excellent!!

My friend and I played Landa Park for the first time. We had a nice time. We were the first tee time at 7:30am and finished by 10:07am. The greens were smooth and very nice. Since Landa Park overseeds their fairways, there was grass and it was green unlike many San Antonio municipal courses where the fairways are bare with little to no grass during the winter. I will definitely return to play Landa Park. It is a relatively short course, but it is challenging due to lots of water around the course.

We just got back from riding this morning and this was an absolute treat!! Our age ranch was between 39-70 and only 3 of the 6 had been on a horse. We had an extremely knowledgeable staff. You could tell the horses are well maintained and loved. It was a 10/10 most definitely recommend. A highlight of our trip!

We were tubing as a family and having tons of fun until my niece’s boyfriend’s glasses were abruptly stolen by the river. We will not tube again as we are devastated because he is legally blind and death. We are unable to communicate him since is glasses are gone forever!

We got to Little Ponderosa approximately 20 minutes before they opened. A nice gentleman came to the truck shortly after and explained the differences in the rafts and in the areas you could float in. He was very patient and answered all our questions. We chose a 2-3 hour float that was a lot of fun! We’d definitely float with these guys again if in the area!

We took the shuttle to wurst festival and the experience was amazing. No traffic to deal with and there was plenty of parking at the shuttle location. Jesse the shuttle driver was very friendly and helped us have a great experience. The price was very reasonable since parking at the festival is at least the price of the shuttle drive .

We arrived an hour after opening on a Monday morning. We were able to get a parking spot in their lot. The rental process was easy. The bathrooms and changing rooms were clean. The tubes were in good repair, and the river entry pint was right beside the rental area. We left our clothes in our car, and we left our keys in a cubby in the rental area. The 1st chute of the river was fun. Our family ended up exiting right after and did it several times. There were a few exit points immediately after and an easy place to get back in right before the chute. We saw some people exiting to avoid the chute, but it did not seem like something that is scary at all. It sped up a little, but I never felt like I was going to tump over until trying to exit the water to do it again. It is kind of slippery in a few spots. There were many lifeguards. The river itself does get really slow in a few parts, so my we swam some. The depth really varies. There is a clearly marked point to get out at. We waited no time to get on a bus and head back. We also saw another bus lining up as we were leaving. It was a super easy process on an incredibly hot day.

Everyone at Chuck’s Tubes were fantastic. They were helpful, informative and their store had everything you would need for a great day on the Comal River tubing. Especially liked their neon colored sunglasses straps with fishing bobbers on them. We had one persons glasses fall off and due to the floating neon colored strap, they found them floating down river. The tubes with a hard bottom are definitely the only tube to think about getting, it’s perfect!!!

Pedigo New Braunfels delivered a new "Interceptor" street bike to Joe Hill. The donated funds to purchase the bike was a result of a coordinated effort by Kristen and several of Joe's buds from his Wednesdy Men's Bible study. Joe can not drive and his transportation has been a self propelled bike from his residence to work. This electric bike will make Joe's travels much easier. Kristen did the orientation and Clay accompanied Joe from the shop to his residence at Eden Hill, then to HEB - Walnut, and back to his residence. Clay visited with a manager at HEB to insure there was a safe place to park the bike while Joe worked.
The bike was good but the people at Pedigo NB are the best!
The service exceeded expectations and I strongly recommend these people.

We had a great time! The online ticket system was easy to use and the employees at the check in were super helpful. The shuttle driver was also friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend 444 tubing and use them again in the future! The Comal was beautiful and the water was the perfect temperature - cool but not too cold. The tube shoots were fun!

Overall this was a great time! The staff was friendly. The river was a great 72 degrees and it was packed but everybody had fun with lots of music and laughter. Only downside was the exit at the end because it is small for everybody getting off at same time and has not a great platform to exit the river safely

Had a lot of fun with John on the Guadalupe River. Beautiful views. Pretty fish. John has a lot of knowledge of the wildlife and the plants and river ecosystem. We saw a bald eagle! It was a good time!
