I enjoyed this day trip. I booked the Toledo and Segovia package. Both are worth seeing! Gorgeous cities. Bus commute was about 1 hr 15 min from Madrid to Toledo, 1 hr 45 min from Toledo to Segovia and 1 hr 20 min from Segovia back to Madrid. My guide was Amanda. She was really nice and friendly. Open to questions and was pleasant answering them. She spoke at a nice pace and was easy to understand. Her companion guide, Michael, was okay. Since our group was large, it had to be split into two. I noticed with Michael that he meant well and did his best pointing out and explaining things, but it wasn’t delivered as well as Amanda. He was also a bit difficult to understand and could work on sounding more clear and improve on articulating his words better. Overall, it was a great day trip. Be mindful of some walking and inclines, wear proper shoes for the cobblestone walkways. Be attentive with weather and bring warm weather clothes and rainwear. It can be unpredictable!
