- Elvis Ochoa5 contributionsI like that its within a park and I can jog around while my kids enjoy the water park. If you kids are older like mine then its great. May not be if your kids are super young.Written September 5, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- BakerBlakely, GA491 contributionsIt was a really nice memorial for those who lost their lives. Pictures, with messages from close family/friends and statues on top representing their lives. Many had left small things on top as well. It was very humbling and beautiful. I didn't like the location. It should be more visible.Written May 5, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- McTraveler96Killeen, TX21 contributionsIt was a fun time had by all at Vive Les Arts. Our two boys really enjoyed the production and saw how the stage hands placed the sets in between scenes. The play itself was fantastic and from what I hear, most of their repertoire is just as good. The lobby has room for about half of the fully seated audience and it gets crowded right after the show, but that’s part of the fun - getting to meet the cast and tell them how well they did up on the stage. Two refreshment windows make it easy to get snacks and drinks. It was a fun and memorable experience with the family and we will most definitely be back for more.Written December 11, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ItsmekcrNew Lenox, IL748 contributionsThis is a nice mall, not too big, has your bigger stores Dillard’s and J C Penny’s and several cute smaller stores, some with souvenirs.. Close to hotels and 190.. It’s very walkable, and has some food places as well..Written May 2, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Fearless RabbitKilleen, TX492 contributionsWe almost escaped from the 'Lost Tomb of Anubis' and this adventure was amazing to share with my husband. This is an excellent experience for anyone who wants a great time. We had fun and definitely plan on doing it again. From beginning to the end this place was fantastic. We will be back. We had a blast.Written November 13, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Martin DKilleen, TX66 contributionsI just finished 18 holes with a few friends. The grounds are fairly well kept. The greens are about as predictable as they should be. The employees are courteous and professional. It was $48 for 18 holes and half of a cart, which to me seems a little over-priced, but not outlandishly so. It’s ins good location though, so I’m sure I’ll be back.Written August 18, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Fearless RabbitKilleen, TX492 contributionsA Big empty field with graves too close to each other. It felt as their been stacked to feet as many as possible in a long ran. It lacked character. I felt sad, because those souls deserved a better resting place. It can be better.Written November 13, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Millie G1 contributionI visited this establishment on 5/4/24 around 5:00 PM to celebrate my son’s 5th birthday, and the experience was appalling from start to finish. Upon arrival with our gifts, we were immediately accosted by a young woman whose first words to us were, “First of all, y’all can’t bring any gifts in here.” This rude greeting set the tone for our entire visit.
I understand that there are rules about bringing gifts without booking a party, but her lack of professionalism and courtesy was unacceptable. Earlier in the day, I attempted to call the location, but the phone system made it impossible to speak to a human. I explained this to her, only to be met with a disdainful look, as if I had done something wrong. My children were visibly upset, worried that their birthday celebration would be ruined, yet she showed no empathy or understanding.
Desperate to salvage the day, I asked if I could book a room on the spot, regardless of the cost. Her response? “You have to book a party room 72 hours in advance,” delivered with a cold, dismissive attitude. While I respect the rules, her complete lack of customer service skills and compassion was infuriating. We left, but I decided to give it one more try and spoke to her again, suggesting that her customer service approach needed improvement. Her response was a nonchalant “I understand,” with no apology or acknowledgment of her rudeness.
This wasn’t my first negative experience here. On a previous visit, a safety harness fell and hit me on the head while I was sitting underneath it. When I reported this to the staff, they showed no concern whatsoever. At the time, I brushed it off as a minor incident, but in hindsight, it reflects a broader pattern of negligence and apathy.
Frankly, I hope this place shuts down. It’s always empty, and now I understand why. The staff seems determined to drive customers away with their terrible attitudes and lack of basic customer service skills. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Instead, head to the trampoline park in Temple or Area 254 down the street, where we ended up having a wonderful time.Written June 5, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
