We found great results, but some are outside Mountain Pine Ridge Reserve. Showing results in neighboring cities.
Limit search to Mountain Pine Ridge Reserve.

The trail down to Big Rock is pretty steep – there are a few sets of steps with handrails but there are nails in the steps (to create traction, I assume?) so make sure you wear shoes!
Afterwards, head over to the Pine Ridge Lodge to see Neil for some great Tuna salad sandwiches and cold beers!

Carlos was an amazing guide - very knowledgeable & passionate about the site, the area, history, geology... and this was shown in his approach to guiding travellers through.
All along the way Carlos continued to educate, inspire awe of the environment (encouraging us to "Follow your heart") and guide us safely through the terrain.

The food was delicious & the extreme zip line was a lot of fun! Totally recommend booking with Calico Jack’s!

We had a lot of fun walking and listening to the water falls.
Don't make our mistake driving on our own on a rainy day.

Adjacent to Sweet Songs Jungle Lodge, Belize Botanic Gardens is a labor of love, a marvelous place for botanist and birders to stroll and observe.
When Ken & Judy acquired this land in 1993 it was just cow pasture and with their labor of love plus lots of dedicated help have transformed it into a slice of heaven right here on earth.

Our tour guide, Luis of Kawiil Tours, was part anthropologist, part historian, part archaeologist, and part botanist; we met other tour guides in our travels in and out but I would recommend Luis without hesitation.
Along the way, with lifejackets, helmets and headlamps, we traversed very interesting cave features, and then Mayan artifacts and, deeper into the cave, human remains thought to be from human sacrifices.

The cave is amazing, with wonderful natural formations which seem to get better as the boat ventures ever deeper, and the awe increases with signs of Mayan rituals, including evidence of human sacrifice.
The canoe ride with a great guide through stalactites and stalagmites as well as the Mayan vases inside is a must

Saw Falcon, deer, and learned interesting history of Belize.
We had a rental jeep with 4 wheel drive and it was necessary in a few places.

Our only regret is that we didn't have 3+ days to explore, since there are so many awesome waterfalls, hiking trails, and swimming holes.
