I just love wondering around the Main Street of Maldon discovering new little shops and cafes, a nice way to spend an afternoon with friends.
Outstanding and breath taking .This town is untouched and a step back in time.

It is worth taking the time to come here and climb the tower for the amazing 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside.
We had champagne, snacks and a lovely 360 degree view from the second level of the tower.

We decided to take a trip up from Maldon and go to Castlemaine ... being on the steam train was so relaxing and the kids lived seeing the sights from opening the windows in the carriage.
I loved it so much I believe I have a new interest and look forward to our next steam train adventure.
