Lovely little zoo, absolutely enchanting. it was my first visit, definitely won't be my last. The animals all appeared to be well cared for and their enclosures were set amongst trees which made it very pleasant on a sunny day.

a quick alternative to the bus,and far more frequent.crossing costs £2 per adult, one way but is interesting as you get a close up of all the boats and things going off in the harbour

We loved the experience. The beach was clean and quiet (mid-week) and our toddler had a wonderful time exploring. He enjoyed accessing the beach through the smugglers tunnel as well. Car park, toilets and cafe nearby.

Hidden gardens - no parking (except for disabled), but worth the walk. Lots to see and discover, great views, great place to relax and chill; or picnic, or paint!

Tough, tough, tough... We walked from Maidencombe to Shaldon. Beautiful views, lots of ups and downs. Only for the fittest! Don't do the walk on a December Sunday with a dog as Shaldon and Teignmouth both seemed mostly closed or not taking dogs in. Our bad luck for not planning ahead.

Outstanding views throughout the course. Great fun for all ages. More expensive than perhaps we’d paid before but we shared our clubs which reduced the cost. Lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend
