Usual attraction but very quiet at the time we visited. The walk along the promenade was very serene and relaxing with beautiful scenery. Beach was clean and sea temperature lovely.

Dawlish is a pleasant area, good transport options, trains run regularly and mostly on time, fares reasonable. Local people friendly. Only thing that lets the area down is a poor selection of places to eat.

The rides are mostly for younger children, but we used the crazy golf and it was fun. The go karts are also fun. Nice on a sunny day for an hour or so.

Our first visit to Dawlish and we loved the town. From the station we went along Beach Street and The Strand and found some interesting shops and cafes. We crossed Dawlish Lawn enjoying our stroll and found Dawlish Water, a delightful area. We crossed a bridge to Brunswick Place, where there were more shops to tempt us, before returning to the station.

The paths were mainly flooded so we didnt walk all the way around. It was quite busy seeing it was a windy day. Most of the paths that wasnt underwater were uneven so not suitable for wheelchairs.

A lovely area to just take a stroll or a good walk. Short or long walks. Great for dogs. It was a dull day but still a Spectacular view over the estuary to Exmouth. What a gem with Teignbridge Bean to end our walk. Great hot chocolate and coffee. Lovely sausage rolls and vegan rolls. Will certainly be visiting again

Part of Safari Adventure Golf. The food kiosk provides a great view of Dawlish Black Swans. If you are not into Crazy Golf sit outside with a cuppa and enjoy the surroundings.

Dawlish Lawn is in the town centre. It is well maintained and there are numerous seats to rest. Along one side of the Lawn runs Dawlish Water, a stream on its way to the sea. There are ducks and waterfowl to be found here along with the famous Dawlish black swans. Various bridges over the water provide not only access points but photo opportunities and lovely views. Well worth a visit and fantastic for a stroll.

We walked the Exe trail from Dawlish to Dawlish warren. It was a lot quieter than the coast path but the inclines were steeper. More cycles go this way as cycle hire available nearby. Some of the walk is beside a busy road so lots of traffic noise there.

Great crazy golf even in the rain. Played with my seventy year old dad and my 15 year old. We all had a great time and got competitive.
