We had a group of 7 for a bachelorette party and did the half day tiki. Everyone had an absolute blast and it was by far the favorite activity of the weekend! All of the guys were super friendly and helpful --- they were constantly checking on us to see if we needed a drink, etc. Definitely recommend!

Ian was our guide. Nice young man. Took his time to explain how to stand, paddle etc. It was a lot of fun. 2 hours went by in a flash. Saw dolphins, got exercise, laughed and enjoyed!

I took lessons with Bennie a few times and have had really great experiences. I came to him as someone interested in kiting but really not knowing much about it at all. I recommend getting in some practice with a trainer kite if you haven't flown any before, start with a small one. This will really help you along with the conceptual side of things and will put you a few steps ahead.

Overall, Bennie was super supportive, he did a great job at explaining a lot of the safety items to look out for and was very diligent with the setup and explanation of what each item does and why its so important. His experience helps simplify a lot of the subject and once in the water his pointers really start to help. He got me up and riding pretty quickly, which was nice especially since i wasnt expecting to the first time out.

Back on land he does a great job getting all the gear packed up, showing proper ways to care for it all and manage it, and I've left each lesson ive taken with him feeling super happy and stoked to have been out on the water with him. I will definitely be seeing more of him in the future.

    * A notice to anyone who is completely new - lessons are super critical in keeping yourself and others safe, and the more time you get next to an experienced teacher like Bennie, the more you realize how valuable they are. Having a seasoned expert next to you keying in on all aspects of tides, rip tides, wave conditions, wind conditions, weather on site and in the forecast, keeping an eye on kids that can try to come too close, launching and landing site choice, (and many more things that you'd never think of) is really, really critical. Plus, its always more fun to kite with a buddy! Hes also more than happy to be there and his awesome attitude towards kiting will definitely rub off on you.
