I’m in my 20s, I went solo, I had a blast. Wonderful way to spend a tight 1hr 20min on a Wednesday. The voices??? Stellar! I was so beyond impressed and taken aback by the caliber of talent. A fabulous selection of music, woven together by the co-artistic director’s energetic, amusing and educational historical narration. Really great experience — recommending to everyone I know coming to Charleston. Plus, beautiful interior of a church and graveyard.

We took our 14 yr. old children for their birthday and we all loved the show. We were true skeptics going in but left the show in total awe! Kellar O'Neil keeps your attention the entire show. "Keep the Wonder!"

Really fun night of comedy at Theatre 99. Like the description says this is an improv show and not stand up, so audience input for the bits is not only encouraged, but basically mandatory for the show's material.

There were two main performances and each were really quite fun. I preferred the second act since it involved more members and was a little more high energy, but I laughed out loud plenty of times for both. The humor varies from troupe member but is very raunchy and of course quick-witted. The troupe playing so perfectly off the audience really makes the whole performance.

Highly recommended for a nice night activity in Charleston.

We accidentally passed the theater, saw there was a performance that evening and bought tickets to a WONDERFUL performance of "She Loves Me" with a talented cast and professional staging. I hope they do a better job of promoting in the future. If I hadn't stumbled past, I would not have known about them and they deserve to be seen. (New Yorker and theater snob. I don't give out compliments lightly.)

We stopped at Mezz after dinner for drinks and music. It was a really friendly bar with a great jazz band. Cat was a very talented singer and we loved her band. The drink menu was interesting, but the young bartender seemed unfamiliar with the recipes required.

We saw Disaster musical & it was so well done that we left crying in laughter. Super voices and professional actors, even the young boy was amazing. A wonderful historic place with a big stage. You sit at unreserved round tables so get there early to pick your table.

We had been past this many times but this was our first time attending. We arrived just before the start at 8 and we didn’t have any problems getting in. Grabbed a beer and off we went. Saw three acts, with the Dead South as the main attraction. We loved it. Small enough venue and $22 a ticket was good value. Will definitely go again.

With a chorus of over 100 singers, we enjoyed every minute of the classics. We attended a performance featuring Rachmaninov at the Galliard Center. Looking forward to returning in January.

The Plantation Singers appear at Hall Chophouse for Gospel Brunch every Sunday. This was the highlight of my trip to Charleston! Amazing voices and the group will have you clapping and singing along! They create such a happy atmosphere! I look forward to visiting Charleston again and I would definitely plan another visit to Halls to see them again. Have watched their videos on YouTube dozens of times since.

Serenade was quite suprising but beautifully performed with a rousing score and melodic chorus. My wife & I witnessed a wondrous show of song, dance and artistic nudity choregraphed with gleeful abandon and utter class. Must see!!!
