Latora gave me an excellent massage during my vacation stay in Charleston. She used just the right pressure and seemed to intuitively know which areas needed the most work. Very soothing massage that left me feeling completely relaxed and ready for the beach and dinner.
They were able to fit me in on short notice which was great! I was also very pleased with very reasonable precautions in place since covid Pandemic is still a concern.
I enthusiastically recommend Zendulgence- and will most definitely book again when we’re in the area.

Serenity Tree Yoga is one of my most favorite things to do EVER. I've traveled all over the world and I'm so lucky that this AMAZING experience is in my hometown. Melora and her team are so attentive, real, and help you get grounded. If you can do one thing for yourself, go do beach yoga with them! You will experience the calm and serenity of the beach with birds, dolphins (if you are lucky), and the sound of the waves. Going on a gloomy day is also amazing, it doesn't have to be sunny to really enjoy this experience!

NOTE: If you don't like sand, skip this activity as it is ON the beach:)

Theresa was AMAZING!! I’ve been having some pain in my hip from tension and she completely eradicated any echo that I was experiencing. She was professional and VERY good at what she does! I honestly couldn’t be more relaxed 😌

It was a great spa good service and friendly well educated therapist. I would definitely go back. I wish I had brought my Bathing suit so we could’ve enjoyed the pool but we did not know. Don’t forget your bathing suit’s and there is a nice sauna in the locker rooms.

LOVED the atmosphere at this place! We had a couples' spa for our anniversary and the therapists were wonderful; they even gave us tips on how to manage our pain.

This is a great place to come for a relaxing day in Charleston. Misty was comforting and wonderful at her job. My partner and I enjoyed manicures, pedicures, and facials during our stay at the restoration and already want to come back! All around great experience and would recommend to any of our friends who are visiting.

After years of crunchiness in my neck, upper back and low back I was lucky to find Patty Markle at Sea Glass therapeutic massage. Her techniques of gentle trigger point release combined with deep tissue massage brought much needed relief. Wish she lived closer to me. She is a treasure. Highly recommend!

I've known Jarrod Fritz, LMT now for about 2 years. Through those 2 years he's witnessed me grow as an athlete and an individual. Yet his practice has always been top notch. Being an athlete himself, Jarrod really personalizes his sessions for you and gears them towards your goals for long term health and accomplishments. He provides a relaxing atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable. Lately I've been experiencing tremendous lower back fatigue to which Jarrod actually squeezed me in for a quick 30 minute session and I instantly felt better! I would not trust anyone else to help me in not only my fitness journey, but the journey to becoming an overall healthier individual!

I am completely addicted to Jimmy's massages. I've shopped around town for different massages for a while and there always seemed to be a part of the massage when I just waited for the masseuse to move to the next "good spot," but now with Jimmy, EVERY SPOT IS THE GOOD SPOT! He manages to relax parts of my body that I didn't even know were tight/stressed. I also love that you don't leave feeling super oiled up like other places. His office is also the epitome of relaxation and has a great spa-like feel with REAL therapeutic results. Even just writing this review makes me want to book another session immediately.

Just booked our next couples massage! We frequent Charleston as much as possible for much needed few days away from the continued added stress of work and life. Flights, our favorite restaurants, and the Salt Spa are musts for us when we visit!

Friendly and relaxing environment!! From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, this wonderful salon will not disappoint you!! Michel, appointment coordinator is efficiently terrific!! My stylist, Brie, is beyond wonderful!! Truly a master of her craft!! Knew exactly what cut I wanted. Knew exactly what color I needed. Delightful to work with. I have been visiting Aveda salons for 20+ years and this salon is the absolute greatest experience. We always want to go to a salon to feel better than when we walked in. I have found that with Lordis Loft. Thank you Lordis Loft !!

Looked online for yoga studios in Charleston and found Urban Flow. They offer some non heated classes so I went in. They were very accommodating. I bought a 3 class pass for $40-- this was a special and may not be available forever. They will rent you a mat for $2. I took 3 classes with 3 different teachers and they were all wonderful-- knowledgeable, caring. Class size was 3 for one class, 5 for another and I was the only student in the last so there was plenty of room and attention. But I heard that there is an evening class that fills up and the mats are placed edge to edge. The staff was friendly. I did find the non-heated classes still a little too warm for my taste, about 84F. Really nice clean facility, bathroom, changing room, lockers (without locks-- it's a yoga studio!), no shower.

    Excellent, excellent massage!
I have had many hot stone massages in my life, but this is definitely one of the best!
Jayya's magic hands and flawless technique, released my muscles and all the tension from travelling.
And the obsidian stones are really something special! There is a deeper energy to them, somehow better than other stones usually used for this kind of massage.
    I highly recommend it!

Themed from Bali, the back space for services is very serene and quiet. Very attentive staff, even though was very busy the day we were there (holiday weekend). For a $60 price we got a detox foot soak, massage bed, and 30 mins in infrared sauna. Was a great way to relax during a long vacation and eating too much seafood and she crab soup.

The store up front has very unique and some expensive jewels and a few other things like purses, yoga tops and scarves. Overall great experience and I will be back the next time I am in town.
