Page was very good as the tour guide. Food was ok but history and passion of delivery made the trip worthwhile. Charleston is a great getaway spot.

The process to book the tour was easy and straightforward. We checked in at the window and was escorted to board the ship. Our table was on the upper deck, which wasn't very crowded. There were about 3-4 open tables. We were able to take pictures from various locations on the boat. We happened to be seated with folks who were from our same hometown - this was so awesome. My only disappointment was the meal. The food was not seasoned and very bland. It looked good, but it was definitely missing flavor. They even didn't have any hot sauce. We asked for additional rolls and there were none. Malik, our server, was very nice.

Wow! What a unique and amazing experience. Chef Forest was both a great tour guide as well as expert chef! He clearly has a passion for both the city of Charleston and for cooking. I was honestly expecting just a short 1-1.5 hour tour, but we toured for 2-2.5 hours, then had a good 2.5 hrs in the restaurant for cooking and dining. The food was of course fantastic and great touch that all recipes were shared after the class. Also appreciated the wine to complement each course! Would highly recommend.

Tommy was great. Very informative about what he was doing and made some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had! Definitely worth the cost of admission. The wife and I had a blast!

We had an amazing time on our Charleston food tour with Faith Rose! She was so knowledgeable, not just about the various regional food specialties we sampled, but also about the history, the people, and the Southern culture that really added to the flavor of our experience. Her culinary background combined with her ability to bring history to life created such a lively, fun, and memorable “day date” for my husband and I.

On our tour, we enjoyed brioche French toast bites w cream cheese frosting & praline sauce, followed by a biscuit with fried chicken, poached egg & creamy pork tasso gravy at Ruby Sunshine. Next, we had award-winning She-Crab bisque, fried green tomato & stone ground grits with tomato-bacon jam at 82 Queen, followed by a sampling of a variety of specialty Southern & Gulla-Geechee spices, pimento cheese, and iced tea at the Spice & Tea Exchange. We finished off our day with a pulled pork slider with cola glaze and crispy fried onions along with a sampling of Syrah & Pinot Grigio at Well Hung Vineyard tasting room.

All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Thanks again, Faith! You are such a treasure!

This was an amazing day. First we met at the Veggie Bin. There were 13 people on the tour. Each person picked something from the store for the chef Natasha. From there Natasha went to the restaurant and we had a walking tour. The food she prepared was spectacular. At the restaurant Uncork there was a wine bar. You get a card then you can choose your wine. There were 4 dishes. Dessert was a pecan square from the local bakery Sugar Bakery.

We took the tour over President’s day weekend and it was absolutely great! Danelle and Ladonna, our tour guides were a lot of fun which made for a very enjoyable tour. The tour bus is a “party” bus with disco lighting and great music. Champagne, snacks and water were included. Tour included a Winery, Brewery, and sightseeing stops in Charleston. Highly recommended.

Good, knowledgeable guide, nice group, interesting spots to visit with much history involved. People with low night vision and mobility issues might find this challenging. Let the guide know if there is a problem, and he will be most accommodating. Thanks, Captain Bryan!

This was one of the best tours I went on. The guide was wonderful and even my teen loved it. The tea tasting and trolly was the family favorite. The vineyard was nice and got to feed Ida the cow. The angel tree is amazing.

Beautiful views. Nice seating area. Food was meh. We had a nice time but would likely have had a similar experience eating at a restaurant on the water, and the food would have been better.

Our tour guide, Faith, was so personable and knowledgeable about the history of Charleston intertwining the many cultures of the city with the origins of food and language. The tasting were delicious and filling. A must if you haven’t been to Charleston.

Captain Brian is awesome! Great energy and very knowledgeable about the history of Charleston and how it ties into the history of spirited beverages. Learned things that you won't find on other tours.
