The park has a few events though the year with carnival type food and an impressive 100 plus year old carousel, the care and protection shows pride of ownership
This is a great family park complete with a miniature golf course, a band stand, and even an antique carousel that only costs $1 to ride!

I also recommend making a donation (there's a box for this purpose at the parking area entrance) if you are able to wander the land and enjoy this park.
A perfect place to go for a nature walk, where you get a little exercise and relaxation.

The hiking is more rugged towards the southern end of the park near I-80 with terrific view of the Water Gap between PA and NJ.
